Hi Dirk! Yes, always one or 5 things going on over here! Thankfully a lot of them are wrapping up so I can try and get a few more going, I know I am never going to be able to keep it to one thing at a time LOL! The retirement body turned out nice and it will be nice to tootle it around slowly for a change instead of trying to go way too fast with it!
"Rapid Disassembly" lol! Nailed that one, pal! That teal/green Beetle body is SO nice! I'm glad it's the retirement body. It's gonna look great on the shelf.
Yes, hopefully it will be the memory of my worst crash and I don't ever out do myself with another one! LOL! That cobalt green is really becoming a color I like a lot. I have another one coming up in the same color, I think you will really like that one a lot!! The retirement body is just what that chassis needs, a pretty one to cruise around with every now and then and mostly just good chilling on the shelf. The other now has the speed and date on the windshield as my own little trophy!!
You only have 1 ,"to do shelf?!?!?" Pretty well put together over there. Every shelf is a to do self here! Lol to do boxes, to do closets, to do floor, to do under the bed to do attic...........
LOL, your description is more accurate. It is more like the immediate shelf, the future shelf, the distant future shelf, the really need to do something with this kit bins, and then the I am waiting on or need to order parts for this storage bins....
So then buddy, heres a good one for your Q/A...... The hypothetical scenario is Tamiya aproaches you and says they wanr to bring out a limited edition Addams palyground rc car in homage to you and your channel!! 1. What pre exising Tamiya chassis would you choose? 2.What pre existing body would you put on the chassis you have chosen? 3. What would the drivers name signature be on the car? Drivers name has to be in line with Tamiyas typical drivers names (Paranoid perry,Albert atterboy ,Vibrant vannie etc) I will be most interested to see what new model is created here matey! Look forward to the show buddy .😊 👍 👍 👍
Excellent and very cool question! I am going to have to put some thought into that one! I will definitely answer it in the upcoming video! Take care and have a great weekend!
Busy busy man! I always enjoy a shop tour and the behind the scenes of what all goes into a project but also making videos. Do any of your kids or extended family enjoy RC as much as you? I know this changes every so often. But if money was not a concern what would be your Holy Grail of an RC ? Thanks for continuing to do these videos and be a organic non bias voice in the RC hobby community!
Yes, there is always something going on over here and recently there have been 4 or 5 somethings going on all at the same time! I tend to do that to myself, shiny objects get me distracted LOL! Thanks for the really great questions and I will definitely get them answered in the upcoming video! It is my pleasure and thanks for sticking with me and being a part of the great little community here!
Yes, there is always something (or three) going on! Thankfully I was able to get some stuff wrapped up this week and I can get videos shot of a lot of it. The RC10T will get done but I stalled out on it as I still don't know what paint job I want to do on it and I started masking and it became very tedious very fast so it was in my best interest to set it aside or I'd get mad at it and then it would sit there for even longer! It is at the top of things to try and get done next, I just need to land on an idea for the paint job I will be happy with and I am able to do!
I thought about liquid mask, I have never used it and not sure I want this to be my test subject. I do have some other bodies that need painting so I may try it on one of them first! I am mostly stuck on figuring out what it is going to look like. I want something different but still need to keep it in my skill level! LOL! I'll get it figured out! Thanks for the suggestion!
LOL, it is much like my brain, scattered and clutter but somehow things get done! LOL! Things get put off for various reasons... waiting for parts, waiting for inspiration or just stuck in the queue because something shiny and new showed up! That last one happens way too often! LOL!
Thanks Dirk, glad you enjoyed it. The first RadioLink video will be on Sunday. I am very lucky to have been sent this cool thing out to review. It is really nice! Take care and I hope you have a great weekend as well!
*****NOTICE****** The time for submitting questions for the ask me anything video is over and I have collected them all and will be recording the answers video very soon. Thanks for all the great and creative questions and I will do another in a few months. Of course as always if you have a general question ask away and I will answer it in the comments. If you have one for the AMA video then hold on to it until the next round!
Many projects to keep you busy, Addam ✌ On the DT02 gearbox clearance, maybe you can add 1 or 2 grey rings (the "strange" Tamiya thing to prevent dust entering) between motor and case ? Otherwise the blue bling 53831 ( blue heat sink and motor plate). Not that it's needed, Sport Tuned is perfectly fine on a DT02 😉 All the best ✌🤝
I probably could have spaced it out with a couple of the motor gaskets. It honestly worked out for the best as I am using this and a sand viper to go head to head in an upcoming video so it worked out better they have closer to the same motor in them. I just went for the pink label on the Holmes motor TBH so it was not critical! LOL!
Hi Addam, seems like you are going to be a bit busy during the cooler season, all them projects you have in the background and then listening to you talk about the bins with parts and projects. The RC10T will look awesome once you get focused on it. Cool for Radiolink to send you the Radiolink RC8X, you will with all the RC that you have you can bind almost all of them to that one transmitter, and customize each one if you want. Great update, take care and best wishes to you and the family.
I think I got enough to get me through the winter and next summer, so many things LOL!!! Once I figure out what paint job I want to do and is not over my skill/patience level I am sur I will find the mojo to get it taped up and finished. it is up at the top of things I need to do so hopefully I will figure it out soon! The RadioLink radio is really nice and I still have a lot to learn about it but it is very simple to navigate and figure out. I will be adding new kits to it as I go and converting a couple over to it as well both the for speed and the gyro capabilities! Take care my friend and hope you had a great weekend!
Mate took a while but I got through every minute don't know where my comment went from the original vid went probably bad internet but I did watch and pop a question down all good I'll catch you on the next one a lot of stuff to take in from that one take care mate have a great week 👊
Sorry Mark, the internet must have eaten it as I don't have anything showing from you. Of course there will be another after the first of the year so look for another request video around the holidays! Take care my friend and hope everything is good in Oz!
I got no problem with simple paint jobs. The rc10t box art is good but not my favourite. Q. Will you consider getting some of your old rigs out over time on the new track layout ? Set some new times and maybe a leader board? I got a feeling there could be a budget tamiya that will upset some big name race cars
Once I figure out what the RC10T should look like to make me happy and not exceed my painting skills I will get it done. I just cannot make up my mind! For some reason I am pretty dead set against the box art. It is nice but I want something nicer, whatever that may end up being! LOL! Thanks for the great question, I will definitely get it answered in the video!
They are deep up in there and these stumpy sausage fingers were not having much luck with lining them up properly. I think the majority of the delay with the RC10T is I just cannot find the right paint scheme for it. For some reason I am pretty dead set against the box art and all of the cool designs I have found I would like to do are a bit over my skill level/patience level! I will find my mojo and get it done once I can figure out what it is supposed to look like!
Could you please explain your best source(s) for replacement tires and wheels? Yes, primarily Tamiya. Maybe you could expand on how you figure out things like offset and cross-compatability...
I had a MRC Dessert Thunder "world scale" buggy back in the 90s... wish I had kept it because back then it was a really heavey RC for the available power back then, but with it's dual motor mount plate it would be a blast to set it up with a brushless motor/LiPo power system
Yeah, I think they were ahead of the game by a few years (decades)! It was a super cool idea but I think between the asking price and the common nicad or more expensive then nimh packs just did not have the guts and longevity to make the very successful. I know they did well but with lipo power they would have been amazing!!
Hey Addam, wow! You’ve been busy! 😊😊lots of projects on the go, lots of ideas. Hmmm….ask me anything….i suppose one could ask; with so many projects and RC models completed, so many currently on the go. Where do you get the inspiration and ideas from for the projects? Do you have a particular favourite source for the ideas, or do you just get those eureka moments and they just come to you? Best wishes to you and the family 😊😊
Hiya John! Always something going on over here! LOL! Great questions, I will definitely get them answered in the video! Thanks for the questions! Take care and have a wonderful weekend!
Thanks! I really like the beetle and I wanted that one to stay nice so I ran the little Mazda shell instead. it was a good decision as it ended up on its roof a lot through the speed runs! LOL! Now it can live its life semi retired with its shiny new beetle wrapper!
Ha ha, no surprise here, you got loads going on, Addam, ha ha! Always great to have projects, I am happy to hear about yours. And you have a to-do shelf, very nice! I also went and revised my speedrun MF, I was just going to cannibalise it for some parts, but it ended up being an actual rebuild, I am having fun with it right now, he he... Always cool with the Q&A, not sure I manage this time either, buddy...
Yes, always something going on over here, just so happens I have gotten backed up on things but I am getting them done. The WR02 is done and looking super cool, I can't wait to show you guys that one, I love how it turned out! My parts showed up from TTP and I got the MF01X finished off and now it is one the shelf living its best life with the retirement body on it! I am glad you are having fun with yours! Looking forward to seeing what you've done with it! I am just going with the flow at this point, I have learned it is much easier juggling all this when not trying to swim upstream at the same time LOL! Things get done when they get done and I try not to stress over any of it!
Video questions? What are your suggestions for transmitter/receiver for someone about to build a few cars this winter? One more thing: Do all Tamiyas have the same pinion pitch?
You've got a lot of neat things going on. I think stadium truck bodies are one my least favorite things to paint. I am looking forward to seeing the body on the Wild Willy 2 chassis with the tires. My questions: You're a creative person .Have you every thought of trying to make a crawler out of non-crawling chassis? Have you ever thought about doing a long terms study of an inexpensive rc car or truck or crawler? Where you would run an rc car, truck or crawler hard to see how it would hold up. Youu could run it on you track, in the woods with the rocks, in bad weather or snow., etc
I think since I am still stuck not knowing what paint job it is going to get has me mush less motivated in taping it up. It is going to be a chore but I think once I figure out what it is going to t look like I will find the mojo to get it done. Great questions! Thanks for them and I will get them answered in the upcoming video!
Addam, lots of projects as always brother! Mini OAG wants to know what your favourite colour is? I want to know what is your favourite Tamiya RC paint colour 😁 Have fun brother 🙌🏻
Yes, always something going on, this time a lot have overlapped for one reason or another! Great questions from both of you and I will get them answered in the video! You guys have a great weekend!
My questions are did you preorder the hornet evo ?Are you going to get the traxxas mini Maxx? And what is your next Tamiyas you looking to come out that you want as well as any new kyoshos that are coming out that you are going to get?
Glad someone else loves a build then comes to masking then throws in the towel. Been there many times! I have one more car on pre-order and decided that is it. I have way too many 'part projects' to get on with..... although I do want to complete a series of kits, so unsure how that'll pan out 😅😅😅 On the question front, and it is to do with Speed Runs. We both took part in the two challenges this year but as for next years Poorboys SRC, what would you like to see used? Buggy? Trail Truck? Touring Car? On Road car? ETC ETC?
Yeah the RC10T stalled both because I started taping the rollbars and quickly got frustrated but I am also stuck on what the paint scheme is going to be. For some reason I am not excited at all for the box art, it is cool and classic but not getting me excited about it. Once I figure out what it is supposed to look like to make me happy and fit my skill level/patience level I will get back to taping it up and getting it painted. until then it is in the cubbyhole of things to doo very soon! I am right there with you, a few things on preorder and I have put myself on restriction until the holidays are over to start looking at anything else. I have far too much stuff staring at me to be done already! great question and I will definitely get it answered in the upcoming video! Take care Glenn and have a great weekend!
@@AddamsPlayground thank you. Hopefuly you sort out wjat colour scheme you want and hopefully the 'painting gods' are with you when you finally decide to restart it
My question is with new projects always coming in, do you ever worry about running out of space? If you did run out of space, what would you do? I ask because I maintain a very small collection due to limited space so this is something I'm always managing.
Rapid Disassembly 👌🤣👩 That's great!👍. Your beetle body looks perfect Addam, it's got a perfect classic style. We think it's really cool how you're keeping your speed run car as it is, RC memories are great to have and we have a bunch of them from your runs 👊. It's amazing to think that one speed run challenge across the globe can pretty much exhaust parts stock in shops!, well done to all the competitors that contributed in such an outcome. That's the 1st time we've known you to push something aside, we totally get it and when you do get back into it it's going to be another great looking body, do what makes you smile at the time rather than to push yourself and not achieve the desired result I guess....I'm rambling lol. Radiolink!, great looking back can't wait to see what's in it mate. Ask me anything 😃👧 awesome, reminders on the fridge. QUESTION.....What's your favourite RC at the moment?. Thanks heaps for your update video Addam, you've got some really interesting projects on the go. Ingrid and I wish you a fantastic weekend 👍🦘🇦🇺
Hi guys!! The beetle is a great little body and perfect for a chill tootle around once in a while. The other is my own participation trophy and it now has the speed and date stickers on the windshield as a reminder of it. The biggest problem with the parts shortage is the red parts tree is showing discontinued on the Tamiya USA site for some reason. The most damaged parts are on those parts tree and if they are still cranking out kits with them in there then hay are they not offering them for replacements? It is a bit annoying to have to order stuff from the UK just to be able to get my car back together. I am just thankful that is a thing and is very easy to do now! The RC10T will get done but I stalled out on it as I still don't know what paint job I want to do on it and I started masking and it became very tedious very fast so it was in my best interest to set it aside or I'd get mad at it and then it would sit there for even longer! The RadioLink video will on Sunday and I have to say I am very lucky guy I got sent this for review! It will be a 3 part series on it. There is always something going on over here, thankfully getting a lot wrapped up and I can jump over to other stuff waiting for their chance to hit the bench! LOL! Take care guys and I hope you have a great weekend!
@@AddamsPlayground The Beetle would look great in any collection mate, you did a great job there. It's a shame Tamiya don't seem to pay attention to what's going on in the hobby, glad your parts were available in the UK atleast. The details on the windshield is perfect, that car is as important as your 1st RC , great memories and that high speed disassembly 👌lol. We'll be keeping an eye out on Sunday mate😁👩
Hi Addam nice Video as always and thanks that you keep us posted of what your doing. And yes I have couple questions for you that I collected over a few weeks: How many Batteries do you have for your cars and what Type do you prefer, Lipo or NimH? How to Break in an electric motor? I never done this I only know this from Nitro cars where I´ve seen Videos how it´s done and what effect has it on an electric motor? Again thanks for your entertainng Videos and the cool stuff you´re showing us like the Helping Hands and the little Air blower. Take care and greetings from Germany.
Thanks, I am glad you enjoyed the updates on everything going on. The little WR02 is all done and I am very happy with the way it turned out. I will get all the recorded and edited so you all can see it soon! You have some great questions and I will definitely get them answered in the upcoming video! Thanks for the help! I am glad you are enjoying the videos and I am still in love with the helping hands setup and the little blower, I use them all the time!!!
The Jimny would look cool on that chassis! How about painting the body like a classic blue & white Suzuki RG500 Gamma? OR pick a famous Jimmy and do a theme truck! Jimmy Page, Jimmy Hart, Jim Carey, Jimmy Snuka, Jimmy Hoffa and just bury the body at the local baseball diamond? For the RC10T, could you use a paint marker or brush with Lexan airbrush paint to paint the roll bars? Maybe even an empty watercolour brush pen filled with airbrush paint? Masking the edges of the roll bars might be easier than trying to get the masking inside? Ask Addam: What do you think is more important; password length or password complexity? For example, a 24 character passphrase using dictionary words with 1-2 special characters and occasional capitals OR a 10 character, super complex password that is just a jumble of random alpha numeric and special characters?
I love all the ideas for the Jimny, that made me laugh pretty hard, especially Jimny Snuka! LOL! I have it all done, finished it up last night and I think you will like it. I have to get all the recording, editing and all that stuff done but you will get to see it pretty soon. For the RC10T, mostly I just lost my mojo for it for some reason. I wanted to do a custom paint job on it but most of the ones I like are over my head skill and patience wise! I don't really want to to do the box art and I am have not found something I love or really want to do for it so the enthusiasm stalled and then taping the roll bars started giving me trouble so I put it down and will get back to it once inspiration hits! I do appreciate the tips though, I am just stuck on stupid over here. Great question for the AMA video! A debated topic but I definitely have my two cents on it!
@AddamsPlayground yeah....I have a few projects like that currently. Combination of decision paralysis and 'I want to do it but I cannot be arsed because it seems like work'. I have 4 bodies I need to do but I just cannot deal with messing about with details. I think fighting with tape would push me over the edge of sanity...again.
Nice update Addam; lots of projects for sure!👍😊 It’s nice to see the current trend of companies pumping out smaller scale affordable rtr’s….do you think the trend will continue?
Hey Addam! Sorry life has been busy for us both it seems. I will catch up in your video’s here soon. Looking forward to more builds and content my man! I am even considering trying out making a channel.
Life has been busy, no worries on the videos but I do always appreciate you stopping by and checking it out. I support you doing a channel but fair warning, it does take up a lot of time! It is rewarding though.
Great update buddy, here is a question do you get more excited about getting cars you owned back in the day or cars you never owned back then? so what ones get you more excited and pumped mate?? Question 2 is a big one! why do you do this hobby in the first place Addam! The main reasons personal to you??? I know my reason are a lot to do with the nostalgic aspect and passion that comes from that as l love everything tamiya and to me its also is just a super cool enjoyable versatile hobby that started many years ago for me in 1983! Its like part of my dna as crazy as that sounds! Cheers James 👍
Thanks james, I am glad you enjoyed the updates on everything going on. I got the WR02 done last night and I think everyone is really going to like it, I am very pleased with it and love it! Really great questions and I will be more than happy to answer them in the video! Thanks for the help! I have a feeling it is going to be a long answer to the second one so make sure you are in your comfy chair! LOL!
@AddamsPlayground lol l will get comfy with a drink and a sausage roll😉👍 Look forward to your WR02 l have been working on something with similar dna tonight! My WR01 has had two brand new gearboxs put in the plastic was shot! Cheers buddy.
Nice to see the lazer, there a looker for sure. I really need to start looking at my projects and acctually tick some off. Less racing at the mo is ideal to do it, but i end up having a break from it all 😂
They cam certainly pile up on ya! I have to take a break from it all from time to time. A few days without anything RC related to declutter the brain a bit and come back with a fresh set of eyes can really help!
@@AddamsPlayground it sure can, i was racing sunday, car was a pig 😂 but i’ve had a few days bot even looking at it. And a new buggy coming tomo. Building them is more fun for me, so time to break out the drivers, oh. And a pre painted shell, bonus 😎
I use 12 turn 550’s in all my Tamiya cars and buggies they have a longer shaft than a 540 .I just tape up the motor then spin it with the Esc at a moderate speed then take the Dremel cutting disc and cut it to length using opposite rotation to the motor you can’t tell it’s been cut then if you shape the end of the shaft .
I have trimmed down shafts before, for this one it was not critical and actually worked out better as I am running it head to head with a similar one soon for another video so having the the Tamiya motor in it matches the other buggy better. I mainly picked the Holmes motor first for the pink sticker! LOL! Thank you for the tip, I appreciate it!
I though of trying liquid mask but not sure I want my first experience with it to be on this body. I am not in a hurry to get it done but I would like to drive it! I will get it there, thanks for the suggestion!
plenty to keep ya busy and as my mum says ‘out of trouble’ 😂. have you tried the cutting the over spray off painting method mate ? i use it for bumpers and awkward bits like roll cages . it’s definitely quicker. anyway. my question🤔🤔🤔 what started you doing youtube ?
Yes I have a ton here to keep me out of trouble! Thankfully some of the list has gotten wrapped up and I need to get out for runs with them. The RC10T has been a thorn in my side! I want to get it done but I am still stuck on not knowing what paint job to put on it. Fr some reason I really do not want to do the box art paint scheme and I have not found one I like that is within my skill/patience level yet! LOL! Once I find one I will be happy with I should be able to find the mojo to get it all taped and painted. With no end goal in sight it was not any fun at all taping the roll bars and I was getting frustrated! I have thought about paint thing on the exterior and it could happen if they make me annoyed again LOL! Great question and I will get it answered in the upcoming video! Take care Dom!
Hi Adam second comment here I did say previously I had no questions but now I do 😊 . If possible of course let us know if you want to get a kyosho buggy what would you choose RWD OR 4WD .( old school style of course 😊) I know you prefer Tamyia but I thought I could pick your brain 🧠 😂 Take care and have a great day
Last It's not Saturday I'm glad you haven't forgotten about the MRC Thunder King I finally got the body tonight from the guy who gave it to me for free it's all fixed and running
LOL, yeah I had to move things around because I am going to be busy all day tomorrow so you get a video today and another on Sunday instead! I have definitely not forgotten about the Thunder King! Just been bouncing around between other stuff and real life things. I have it on the top of the list of things to get to next now that things are wrapping up with others.
Thanks for the update my question is I have been buying fast eddy bearings for all my builds are the bearings you sometimes get with Tamiya kits any good should I hang onto them
Thank you, I am glad you are enjoying the channel! I will definitely get your question answered in the video! You just got this in before the cut-off, I was planning on putting up a notice this morning closing it out and pulling all the questions to start answering them so great timing!
Yes, I have let a few pile up but thankfully a lot of them are done or really close to being done so I can move onto some of the other stuff like the bug Thunder King. I assume the question was for the ask me anything video, if it is not let me know I will respond now! Thanks!
@@aviano72 Ok, I really have not driven it yet, just tested it on the bench and it seems about right with the one I put in it (I am pretty sure I went with a 21t) but it is going to be a guessing game., I tried looking around online and it was not much help. Sadly it has been sitting there for too long waiting for me to figure out what paint job to put on it so I can wrap it up and go drive it. It is at the top of the things to do pile next so and am going to have to bite the bullet and get a paint job nailed down!
The Bug will get run at some point, not in a big hurry for that one. The WR02 just got done last night and I will get it out for a drive soon. The DT02 will get run soon as well. The Lazer will get run eventually but I still have to tear back into it and replace those parts. The RC10, I am not sure, I have lost interest in it for the time being so once I get it painted it may or may not get run.
Lots of stuff going on. I like the retirement body, it looks really nice.

Thanks Dirk, glad you enjoyed it. The first RadioLink video will be on Sunday. I am very lucky to have been sent this cool thing out to review. It is really nice! Take care and I hope you have a great weekend as well!
*****NOTICE******
The time for submitting questions for the ask me anything video is over and I have collected them all and will be recording the answers video very soon.
Live videos would be fun. Thanks for sharing.
I will try eventually, more than likely on the weekend and probably a morning. I just have to bite the bullet and commit! LOL!
I taped off and painted the roll bars on my Rock Socker, and you're right. No fun at all! That RC20T looks like it'll be way more of a PITA
Great question! I will definitely get it answered in the upcoming video!
Nice RC cars! the kyosho buggy looks nice with the white wheels!
Thanks! The Lazer does look good with the white wheels. I will stick the yellow ones on for the shelf and the HPI wheels will be for the track.
Insane RC Collector.
LOL, maybe! I tend to get called the first part more often! LOL!
Beautiful body shell 💙🤍 1:16
Great video Adam 💪✅️
Thanks! I really like the beetle and I wanted that one to stay nice so I ran the little Mazda shell instead. it was a good decision as it ended up on its roof a lot through the speed runs! LOL! Now it can live its life semi retired with its shiny new beetle wrapper!
Thanks Adam!
Gauranga
Thanks for stopping by and checking it out as always!
Awesome Addam, cheers from this Aussie in China!
Thanks! I am glad you enjoyed it! Take care mate and have a great weekend!
Video questions? What are your suggestions for transmitter/receiver for someone about to build a few cars this winter?
One more thing: Do all Tamiyas have the same pinion pitch?
Thanks for the great questions! I will get them answered in the video coming up.
I will definitely get it answered in the video! Thanks for the questions!
Glad someone else loves a build then comes to masking then throws in the towel. Been there many times! I have one more car on pre-order and decided that is it. I have way too many 'part projects' to get on with..... although I do want to complete a series of kits, so unsure how that'll pan out 😅😅😅
On the question front, and it is to do with Speed Runs.
Thanks for the great question! I will definitely get it answered in the upcoming video!
@@AddamsPlayground
The Beetle would look great in any collection mate, you did a great job there.
And yes I have couple questions for you that I collected over a few weeks:
How many Batteries do you have for your cars and what Type do you prefer, Lipo or NimH?
Can't wait to see the MRC run. How is the RC community where your at?
It should be pretty cool to see that giant thing rolling around the yard! I will get your question answered in the upcoming video, thanks!
Nice update Addam; lots of projects for sure!👍😊
It’s nice to see the current trend of companies pumping out smaller scale affordable rtr’s….do you think the trend will continue?
Thanks Jeremy, always something going on around here!
Great question, I will definitely get it answered in the video! Thanks for the question!
LOL!
@AddamsPlayground lol l will get comfy with a drink and a sausage roll😉👍
Look forward to your WR02 l have been working on something with similar dna tonight!
@@lo2713 yeah it is that time of year when painting stuff is always a gamble
@@AddamsPlayground them Holmes 19
Turns are good motors
I wonder if you can detail the rollers from the outside? A little easier maybe? Cheers
I though of trying liquid mask but not sure I want my first experience with it to be on this body. I am not in a hurry to get it done but I would like to drive it! I will get it there, thanks for the suggestion!
Ask me anything Question. Why does the Holiday buggy Manual & Box art have the front Shocks upside down? 🤔
I will definitely get it answered in the video! Thanks for the question!
plenty to keep ya busy and as my mum says ‘out of trouble’ 😂.
have you tried the cutting the over spray off painting method mate ? i use it for bumpers and awkward bits like roll cages . it’s definitely quicker.
anyway.
my question🤔🤔🤔
what started you doing youtube ?
If possible of course let us know if you want to get a kyosho buggy what would you choose RWD OR 4WD .( old school style of course 😊) I know you prefer Tamyia but I thought I could pick your brain 🧠 😂
Take care and have a great day
Thanks for the great question! I will definitely get it answered in the upcoming video! Thanks for the help and have a great weekend my friend!
Last
It's not Saturday
I'm glad you haven't forgotten about the MRC Thunder King I finally got the body tonight from the guy who gave it to me for free it's all fixed and running
Thanks for the update my question is I have been buying fast eddy bearings for all my builds are the bearings you sometimes get with Tamiya kits any good should I hang onto them
Glad you enjoyed the updates on things.
Great question and I will get it answered in the upcoming video!
Question, Whats you thoughts on the new EVO, do you think they'll run the new EVO design through the whole chassis range etc?.
Thanks Addam.
Great question!! I will definitely get it answered in the video! Thanks!
What are your top 3 kits to build?
Really great and tough one! I will definitely get it answered in the video! Thanks for the question!
I have a question, never mind I cannot ask that on an rc channel 😂😂😂😂. Great looking buggy. Love the buggy body.
@@Jaysqualityparts 😂 feel free to email it to me!
@@AddamsPlayground 😂😂
Hey Adam I really enjoy your channel. I was just wondering if you have a go to for Tamiya bearings and screw kits you use? Thanks.
Thank you, I am glad you are enjoying the channel! I will definitely get your question answered in the video! You just got this in before the cut-off, I was planning on putting up a notice this morning closing it out and pulling all the questions to start answering them so great timing!
Thats a lot of projects Addam. Did you find out the pinion gear setting on the RC10 T ?
Yes, I have let a few pile up but thankfully a lot of them are done or really close to being done so I can move onto some of the other stuff like the bug Thunder King. I assume the question was for the ask me anything video, if it is not let me know I will respond now! Thanks!
@@AddamsPlayground Yeah it was really not a question for a ask me video :)
Are you going run both those cars?
The Bug will get run at some point, not in a big hurry for that one. The WR02 just got done last night and I will get it out for a drive soon. The DT02 will get run soon as well. The Lazer will get run eventually but I still have to tear back into it and replace those parts. The RC10, I am not sure, I have lost interest in it for the time being so once I get it painted it may or may not get run.
