Thank you so much for this interview. I am a viewer of Johnny's video's and follow all of the campaigns he is involved with, he is my inspiration as throughout my childhood I was heavily bullied which was so horrible and made me feel like i wasn't worth it and just over 1 year ago i lost a close friend to suicide and my friend was only 17 years old and that hit me like a tonne of bricks. I am now a mental health activist with YoungMinds and share my mental health story, struggles with self harm, suicidal thoughts, depression and social anxiety via various media outlets such as TV, radio and newspapers and my main goal is to encourage other people to step out of the shadows and speak out and to reassure others that its okay to not be okay - i was recently involved with filming with the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry with the filming of the launch video for their new mental health campaign called Heads Together. I am 18 years old trying to break down the stigma of mental health and write a blog which i share often where i have typed up various organisations where people can go and find help in there need of help. - We are all human and we all need help at some point in our lives, we cant all just face this world alone.

Thank you Jessica for taking the time to watch our interview and it sounds like you're doing some incredible work. This especially resonated with me "its okay to not be okay". I so agree. And your work is so needed. Thank you for campaigning to help people feel like they're OK the way they are. Good luck with all your campaigns and thanks again for watching and spreading the word!

thanks so much for this interview. Johnny keeps me going. I have a son that goes through Johnny's journey. And what a Journey it is. Full of highs and lows. And for a support person's also on the Journey humbling. The respect I have for people with mental health issues is eminence. People that have these issues think on bigger and deeper levels. But the catch is it a doubled edged knife. Johnny's is an inspiration and when he struggles with the lows, like just recently, it was the most real thing i'd ever seen. If he feels he has some kind of calling, this is it. Please, please keep vlogging. He knows how important giving mental health issues a voice is, but Johnny is way more important to people on this Journey than he will ever know.

+Debbie wood Thank you Debiie for sharing your journey with your son too, and I can only echo what you said regarding Jonny's important work. By normalising his journey he inspires others that there is too hope on the horizon.

An extremely interesting video. It is food for thought. Teaching us not to lable people and rather to be patient, respectful and to make an effort to try to understand more about topics we do not know or understand. Thanks.

Honestly, I don't give a fuck to that. I don't few like speaking to others my feelings. I wasn't looking for this.
