As we haven’t had a traditional console WarioWare game since Smooth Moves, and since I haven’t played a WarioWare game since then, I’m definitely diving into this one faster than the characters go inside the game.
I just got the game a couple of days ago and have already preloaded the game, I can't wait ! I absolutely loved the demo, but was a bit worried about the amount of content, and I'm glad that isn't an issue ! Friday can't come soon enough!!!

...He's had like 6 or 7. Granted, the first Wario Land was still a Mario game with largely Mario-style gameplay similar to SML2, so I guess that one wasn't completely unique, but then there was VB Wario Land, Wario Land 2-4, Wario Land Shake It, and Wario World, and unlike the first Wario Land, the later ones are much more unique and not as dependent on Mario-style gameplay.
It's so good to see that even though Iwata is no longer with us, the WarioWare franchise is still alive and well. I hope to see this team also work on a new Rhythm Heaven game in the near future!
I'm so glad Nintendo hasn't gotten on the microtransaction train for their console releases. I can just imagine how other companies would've ruined this experience with that kind of nonsense.
If you don’t have quite enough money to buy this game on your own, you could always go half and half with a friend or sibling and “get it together”. I- I’ll show myself out.
I saw some footage here and there I'm kinda bummed they returned to status quo on this one from the vibrant voice acting and cartoon shorts of Warioware Gold. It filled us all with optimism for the future of the series back then.
On the plus side, we won’t get people complaining about the voice acting. I legit saw someone say the English voice acting in Gold was “fake audio”, and that they wanted to play with “real audio” (Japanese). I guess Charles Martinet is fake.
I'm definitely getting this game, I'll probably enjoy it, too, but I can't help but think about the missed opportunity here to use the other Switch features like motion controls, touch and IR camera.
I'm glad they didn't do that, actually. While I loved Wario Ware Twisted, I think adding different types of controls undermines the simplicity that makes the original great. I imagine many people (myself included) would get quite frustrated if they had to ask themselves at the beginning of each minigame, "Okay, do I use button controls, motion controls, touch controls, or the camera?"
I'm okay with it not. Wario Ware Gold was a good celebration of all the gimmicky hardware-reliant stuff they used up until that point and it doesn't need to follow up with more of the same. I enjoy the new direction for this game.
THE TOOTHPASTE GAMECUBE DISCS!!! So back then, if your gamecube disc wouldn't work, a possible remedy was to use toothpaste. Maybe it got rid of debris but not the scratches.

Does anyone really take guidance from IGN? I love their podcasts but find their scoring off at times, I guess all reviews are the opinion of a single person. Either way I’m amped for this the demo is quality. On a side Shift Happens is on the craziest sale, pick that up last night and seems fun.
I don't get the whole lack of VA for Wario, maybe I could believe Nintendo's infamous IP Managers swooped in to deprive us of more joy but they've been perfectly happy for Wario to speak in the marketing.
I doubt it'll go on sale anytime soon (official first party release) so I'll be grabbing it right away. Super Monkey Ball will probably go on sale faster so I'm gonna wait for that one.

Really enjoyed Gold especially because of the full voice acting, and really happy it'll be back on Get It Together But my real memories was with D.I.Y on nds, found so much brilliant yet bizarre fanmade microgames back then..

I can't agree that this is the best WarioWare to date. It's good, it's REEEEEALLY visually polished, but... Idk, it lacks something that the other ones up to Gold had. Maybe I just miss the different control schemes from Smooth Moves and Gold.
My girlfriend and I bought the game. We just want to play FREE PLAY MODE. And just do endless games while the speed gets harder. That mode doesn’t exist WTF
I think these games are so much fun with friends even before it had multiplayer. You would try and get the highest score possible and then pass it to your friend for their shot. This was back in the DS Lite days me and my mates would play the crap out of it.

Question for anyone that can answer. I play solo mostly, but do play with my 2 kids at times. Ive played Mario Party back in the day but never this. The new Mario Party is looking good. Is it worth to get both or should I stick to MP next month? Any opinions are welcomed.
The Mario party would be worth it more than this imo, since mario party is a bit more kid friendly, especially if they’re younger. The new MP is going to be porting aspects from the previos games so honestly I think stick with MP and if you wanna try warioware, you can get the free demo on the eshop

What I'm curious to know about is this, in the case of two player characters like Kat & Ana and Dribble & Spitz, is it possible to choose one or the other in single player mode? Like instead of playing as Kat you could play as Ana who to my knowledge is only playable in 2 player mode is what i'm asking.
In the playopedia where you can play individual microgames. Does each micro game have a set score for you to complete ( for example 15, 20, 25 pts) or does it only show you your high score?

Will Nintendo update the game to play games online, if they do I will buy, Nintendo needs to take any multiplayer or co op game and make it online.
