None of these people stop and think "WHO could have even done a "study" in the short amount of time since the debate?" By and large, Black Americans are simple folk- easily led and quick to follow. Most of us don't think too deeply and will latch on to something we want to hear, without questioning it. Black America is at the bottom of every metric of societal success but supposedly intelligent Blacks keep doing the same things while expecting different results. Not to hear these old Black folk tell it. I'm a bit younger than Roland Martin's target demo but I have a lot of family and acquaintances who fall in it. They're all the same type of Black; good, salt-of-the-earth people. But politically slow and their critical thinking skills are at zero.
