I use the T8 model, but no matter which model you buy, it has the same mentality. Especially mobile applications are very amateurish and contain advertisements, the connection with the robot is constantly cut off, the map is not displayed properly.

i just received mine however when it first started mapping, it did not go around the room. It just started going into random patterns, circles and only a small area then said it was finished cleaning. Not sure what I am doing wrong,
This looks very similar to YTE X580 ... must be the same manufacturer for both brands, except it has 5000mAh battery. No mopping container available (like for Tesvor)) but has a "function" showing mopping on the remote control, along with dust bin having a port for vacuuming base (auto emptying base), rather strange.
I’ve had one for a couple weeks now but i have a few concerns. I don’t think it runs long enough 61 minutes for 675 sf. It docks itself at 20% battery. So it will not do my whole ranch home at one time.

Who makes this? Is there good customer service? Invariably, it's gonna have an issue and you want someone on the line. Roomba's CS is excellent.

Received mine last night. Mine just says place vacuum on flat surface multiple times. Just repeats that until i shut it off. Is it defective?

Yeah, most cell phones have a 2500mAh+ battery Seem this should have a better battery. However, if you visit the web site, it says 5200 mAh battery.
