    Amazing videos!
    Yes, I haven't seen video on heel clamp before either.
    You can do this without sliding if you put the heel on top of the other foot. And then you can let go with the hands also. I've been using this style for years and it is the best one!

    Too cool for school with those shade Brent! Jk, I saw the first video and why.
    Great stuff - deserves much more views. Last time I did rope climbs under fatigue I noticed I did a lazy J hook (more with the heels than laces) so...pseudo heel hook, but will try to make that last pinch a true heel hook to increase efficiency coming down, which really eats up my elbows/arms. Thanks for the breakdown, cheers.
