- SSSniperwolf and Jacksfilms have been at the center of drama for months due to their opposing views on react content. This recently climaxed with SSSniperwolf doxxing Jacksfilms to millions. And despite what many want, SSSniperwolf seems to be protected, no matter what she does to Jack.
This is a commentary video on the recent SSSniperwolf/Jacksfilms drama, with a particular focus the updates since Jacksfilms was doxxed.

I thought it was scary when she only exposed his address to potentially dangerous followers, but the fact that she has a criminal record of ARMED ROBBERY is really the terrifying part here.
Honestly, if Jack wanted to take both to court he would have a really good case on his hands of Doxxing AND protecting someone who broke the law (doxxing is illegal in California)/not following their own terms and services.

It wouldn't be protecting Sniperwolf if they don't kick her off. Iirc, RUclips didn't condone her actions, nor hide her information from the authorities. I'm unsure if ignoring that a crime happened is illegal (and a crime that already happened). Jack would have a better case with suing youtube on violating it's own TOS. (Though, it happened on Instagram, and RUclips can just throw their hands up and say that.) Jack probably would have the best case with Sniperwolf, considering she committed a crime.

I've seen fans of Ssniperwolf saying they were going to roll up and kill Jacks dogs if he continues attacking their goddess.
They said they were joking but... never trust a rabid fan.
At this point, true safety will probably require him moving - if sniperwolf falls because of this, her fans will blame him. If she doesn’t fall, her fans may make sport of attacking him IRL.
On a second note.
It sure would be a shame if RUclips took a measure to protect this person and the same measure was used against them, and they were doxed as well.
In that case, they will finally (and hopefully) open their eyes and see just how bad they let this get to. They can observe and witness the abuse, they can dish out with the abuse, but they won't be able to handle it.

The only reason YT is heavily protecting her is because she's of midlestrn descent. 100% if she was Asian, they would've immediately demonetized her channel like they did with Asian Boss because YT claimed it was "controvercial" despite VICE channel being FAR worse in that regard yet still monetized to date. YT has a "priority group". That's why she was nonstop posted all over the front page. They're never going to take her down unless their site gets a massive boycott or people post a petition to get her permanently removed. I also wrote RUclips support and they said they didn’t even know who Sssniperwolf was or were aware of the controversy. I sent them links and they still said that internally they could give no details.

Considering how when Austin Jones was revealed to be a pedophile and was sentenced to jail and it took literally everyone yelling at RUclips to take down his channel for them to do so. I don't suspect them doing anything to sssniperwolf unless they quite literally have no choice but too. Even if they did do something now I don't suspect it would be anything more than just a tap on the wrist. Not even a full-on slap.

Yeah, if a psychotic sniperwolf fan shows up with to intent to maim/kill (which is likely to happen with an audience that big for a female influencer) this is gonna end up outta hand and probably end with casualties, unless one of them backs down I don't see it ending any other way since youtube refuses to step in.
Sadly part of me thinks that it'll take more than someone getting hurt for RUclips to act. It's likely going to take *a lot* of someones getting hurt or worse and public outcry to bring the situation to debate in the halls of government before RUclips and other social media platforms to act on these things... and even that doesn't feel like it'd be a guarantee. It'd take doxxing being made a federal offense that leads to government agencies breathing down RUclips's neck to removes offenders to guarantee they'd ever actually do anything about it to someone they like.

The way to help get RUclips to change is to get these types of videos about the controversy to hit the trending page, or even top the list. They kinda can't ignore.

What I find so Ironic about this situation is that if they had addressed it immediately it would have been a very, very small thing for RUclips. The longer they wait the more creators come out about it and the worse the situations looks (and gets) for RUclips.

I haven't heard from anyone else say about this, but what really is going on inside the RUclips headquarters? Since this happened, I have two things.
1. The employees are being forced to implement such TOS changes, knowing that something crime-like happened, but are being silenced about whats going on outside.
2. They are just henious in their own right, knowing the situation and thinking that "incels" or "woke" culture peoples are targeting her for the sake of "cancel culture", but in reality its something henious.

Taking a quick look at what crimes SSSniperwolf is absolutely guilty of in this case;
- Intimidation, which let's face it; this is 100% intimidation. Doesn't matter if she's thin, small, or whatever; she used intimidation tactics against a fellow human being.
- Stalking, which SSSniperwolf herself posted and is easily found online. This is the same as a murderer bragging on Facebook, which sadly actually did happen in the past.
- Harassment, caused from SSSniperwolf and her sister via online antics as well as the infamous in-person threat.
- Defamation, which all required material for a valid and successful slander lawsuit is present online and in public access now.
- Incitement to violence, which is a very real possibility still.
There might be more, but these are the solid nails in the foundation of the case that I've found, as well as the limit of how far I'm willing to look up crimes related to doxxing. These issues have absolutely caused fear for the health and safety of Jacksfilms and his family. Even a dummy with zero legal knowledge can tell that this is a crime that's not being handled correctly. I hope Jacksfilms can resolve this incredible debacle and solidifies the safety of his family.
The fact they're actually making fun of swatting is disgusting. I hope her crimes land her in serious trouble at this point, no one's going to forget this.

The funniest part about youtube's lenience with larger creators is that youtubers have exploited it in the past, a few months ago markiplier and others intentionally made videos dancing on the line of being banned to demonstrate how youtube turns a blind eye to larger creators.

Seeing someone who has been so deadicated to youtube with orginal, funny, creative content be crushed and thrown under the bus by youtube is heartbreaking, i had to pause a couple times in this video because of how mad i got for jack. RUclips is showing favorism in 2 ways, protecting a large content creator, even making the claim that they don't police their off site bevahior (despite having done that countless times in the past and having it even in the TOS and their partner contracts)
and the other way is handling it differently because she is female, male content creators were banned for less.
I honestly don't think her being a woman has anything to do with it. Maybe youtube is a rare exception, but my experience with other platforms is that women face consequences for tos violations much more frequently. Definitely they're defending her cause shes a cash cow for them tho.

Example - I've seen female creators get punished just for showing "too much skin" (aka wearing crop tops or whatever lolol). On the contrary, a male creator could record his nipples for 3 hours and get no punishment at all.
On the flip side, there are plenty of things female creators get away with that male creators would get insta banned for (like.... showing up to someones house and doxxing them!)

Twitch and RUclips both show favoritims towards popular creators who make a lot of money (and females are a huge moneymaker due to the male gaze), with Twitch blatantly showing hypocrisy left right and center with examples such as Pokimane.
Tik Tok is another media outlet, but as they have their base in China, we cannot assume things based on the Western laws and ethics
