The trick to kallamar it to do as much damage as possible. I was able to kill him in two hits with the Golden Fleece, mercilessly hammer, and the damage multiplier terrot card. If your able to get a critical hit with a high multiplier from the Golden Fleece (I recommend at the minimum: 2.5x) you can do a broken amount of damage. Only problem its difficult to set up. I only died 13 times

also btw a tip with the axe is to spam dodge roll and attack which would repeat 1st attack at a high rate with invulerability frames in between

Severe damage to the vocal cords, I'd assume. It gave her the "I smoke two packs a day" voice. Considering how much damage Narinder did to Heket's throat, it's a miracle that she can talk at all.
