The only crime is if "The Sexual Woman" DOESN'T become a recurring character!
They really could do a lot with it, in terms of commenting on gender roles of women & men, societal sexual power dynamics, but all in a funny, celebratory way like this.
That and how little sauce is on that spaghetti

Oscar truly threw himself into this sketch. This felt a bit like a goodbye for Aidy, especially with the old photos. I'm glad they are experimenting more again with backstage footage and introductions - it helps make the show less predictable.

Oscar Issac truly is a brilliant actor because in every other skit he barely looks at the cards but here he consistently looks at the cards bc he's playing himself playing a character

I just love how many different weird voices and mannerisms Oscar used for this episode, not to mention how well he memorized his lines. He's easily the best host they've had in a long time.

Oscar Isaac's comedic delivery and timing are sublime.
What i’ve noticed is the really good actors do a really good job on this show they go full into characters. No breaking character or smirking or laughing. That makes the scene funnier.
Oscar’s moan and gasp at 1:46! 😂 I don’t care how many times I watch this, I will laugh every single time.

Oscar is soooooo romantic....
I love this so much. It could have been done as a flat, one-off gag, but Aidy brings levels of complexity to this character that are entirely unexpected. She avoids self-deprecation through self-reference, by explaining everything her character's doing while simultaneously doing it, and it works seamlessly on so many levels, it's sublime. The Sexual Woman should really be a recurring character.
You know the host is talented and invested if they are in literally every sketch.
Even in comedy sketches, Oscar is just fantastic haha. the natural immediate switch from his characters accent to his own was quite remarkable lol like stephen and marc

I love the absolutely gigantic mound of spaghetti noodles that just have a small circle of sauce at the top. Perfection.
This guy is so good. He is good at comedy, and can act, which complements his comedic ability.

Oscar Isaac is a strong contender to take up the old Christopher Walken Continental character
Not to mention he has a closer resemblance to Renzo Cesana (the actual “Continental” that the skits were based off of) than Walker did. Not a big resemblance, mind you, but closer.

Definitely my favorite sketch last week. The Sexual Woman needs to pop up randomly on future shows. Oscar was so over the top and perfect. I would have lost it just trying to do that accent, let alone the dialogue.
I've done plenty of these sketches with Oscar Isaac myself. I'm always sleeping when they occur, though.
