Bowen played in the bar scene with Keegan-Michael Key as pimped out straight guys trying to pick up the girls. He can do anything.

I used to work in a furniture store, we had a customer and her husband trying out mattresses. The woman was laying on the mattresses while her husband scowled and huffed, our salesman kept trying to get him to try out the mattress with his wife. Eventually the salesman says "do you mind if I get in the bed with her so you can see how it doesn't transfer movement?" The husband says "why not everyone else has" to which the wife left off the bed and slapped the shit out of him🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂

I love when the guests aren't shy about getting into the characters and the skits (even though it's completely understandable when they are), it adds so much when they have his chemistry with the cast. Everything about this sketch was just hilarious though lol

Aidy has some of the best subtle timing in SNL history. She plays off the “detention” line just enough to draw the audience in, appearing that she might break on purpose and then nailing it. That seems to be one of her staple moves and it’s brilliant.

I'm so glad that Aidy Bryant decided to bless us with her return this season. She's amazing!
She really is very talented and quite versatile, and so is Bowen. They are two of my favorite cast members. Aidy as Ted Cruz is the bomb, though.... I cannot help but laugh.

I had forgotten how great SNL can be. Been a fan off and on all these years. Why did I ever stop watching? This sketch is so funny I sent it to all my friends. Laughing, holding my sides laughing, with tears rolling down my face. Thank you Rami and Aidy!

Bc it's very hit or miss if I were to guess. Sometimes you great sketches/episodes like these and other times you get complete duds. Can be kinda boring to sift through the lower quality stuff sometimes.

Aidy Bryant is my hero. I cannot get enough of her and she has the ability to make me laugh OUT LOUD. I can't even smile anymore on most days but she cuts through my depression and then some.

Well, he didn't appear much in the first two episodes (the Owen Wilson premiere or the Kim Kardashian episode).
I like it when he gets the chance to play a broader range of characters than just the camp ones. Seeing him as the 'straight man' in this one was fantastic!
I wish he could play more characters but maybe he just cant... He is gay in 95% of the sketches.
