I will keep your sister in my prayers. My best friend was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer this year. He has not been able to start chemotherapy yet because of low platelet levels, just like your sister. I hate cancer!
I don't have any local stitch shops. I get most of my stuff from Hobby Lobby, Fat Quarter Shop, and etsy shops. I have been wanting to try 123stitch because I hear everyone say they are a good place to get supplies. I have told my husband that for my birthday next year, I just want a trip to a cross stitch shop!!❤

Prayers for your sister to be able to continue her treatments and beat this terrible disease. My older sister is one week out from a bi-lateral mastectomy and was tested as BRACA 2. Eleven years ago she had a lumpectomy with radiation and Tamoxifen. That was suppose to buy her 10 years free, until now in year eleven it returned. I am waiting for my genectic testing results. I pray that your sister's white count goes up quickly and treatment resumes. I purchase online as I do not have an LNS close by. 123 Stitch and The Crafty Grimalkin are used often. God Bless.

I don’t have any stitchy stores nearby. The two that were near me closed during covid. So thanks to all the stitchy groups I belong to on FB, I order from brick and mortar stores in other states. I order from Tomorrow’s Heirlooms, Anabella’s, Welcome Stitchery, 123Stitch, Etsy, and when I go to visit my friend in NorCal I visit Kelsey’s Needle Crafts. I wish I had shops closer to me but everyone I order from online are always kind and helpful. Prayers for your sister that she is able to resume her chemotherapy asap. Hi Annie sending prayers to your sister and family that she will be able to get her treatment and recover. I just lost my sister a month ago unexpectedly. Sisters are the best friends. If it wasn’t for flosstube and my stitching I don’t know what I would do. I spend my stitching $ at 123 stitch - FQS - J B W designs- Kitten stitcher - lots of other online shops. Prayers for your sweet sister, Lisa 🙏. I’d love to see a picture of all you girls. Unfortunately I do not have a local stitching store so I’m an online shopper. I’ve just picked up stitching again in May after MANY years away. Wow, how things have changed!! I’ve purchased from several Etsy stores and 123 Stitch. Looking forward to hitting some stores in person during travels. I’ve really enjoyed joining a local stitching group where I’m able to see “live” projects and sweet ladies oozing talent.

I live in a rural small town, so usually I shop online at 123. I have shopped online with Colorado Cross Stitcher and she is great! I am really fortunate that our local hardware store carries almost all of the DMC colors on the "women's" side of the store (it's an old time hardwood floor kind of place where Amish shop too). I like to support our local hardware first, then online for the rest. Praying for your sis❤

I love Gary and Ronny of GaRon Stitchery. They are online and an awesome new brick and mortar shop in Ozark Alabama. I was so thrilled to be at their grand opening this spring. But I'm really thrilled to see you at Stitch Florida this weekend, cant wait!!!

A wonderful video, as always, Annie. Can't wait to see the full views of your new pieces, as I am sure they are all adorable! I am lucky enough to live in Ohio where we have multiple brick and mortar shops. But my favorite one is just 20 minutes from my home - The Big Bad Wolf's House of Stitches in Galion. It is located inside their family hardware store, so my husband is always happy to tag along! (I do hope and pray that your sister's health improves soon....)

There are two LNS in my area that I go to for classes, charts, floss, etc.… one is Golden Thread Needlearts in East Richester, NY, the other is Hobby House in Victor, NY. I also order from online shops, primarily 123 Stitch.

There’s not a store in my city but I’ve been to Omaha area & been at Reflections & Framing with Julie. Then when we’re in Colorado we’ve driven to Colorado Stitcher store with Sheri. Both fantastic stores. But many times I purchase from Fat Quarter shop, Annabella’s & Primrose Cottage on line. All great service. So,I really do spread my $$$ around! Also praying for yr sister! ❤️🙏

I live in Texas. South of Fort Worth and we a wonderful stitch store for a small town Fancy Stitch’s I have being going to this store for over 40 years! The owner had anew stitch of yours and of course I had to purchase. The owner doesn’t watch U tube so I suggested she start by watching you! The town is Cleburne, and Fancy Stitch’s is my store!!!!

I have ordered from an online store mainly because I live in a rural area of north Texas. I have found 1 store in the Dallas metro area, The Stitch Niche. While traveling in May I found 2 awesome and large stores In Arkansas! I thought I was in stitchers heaven, lol. I must check out the Etsy shops!

I'm very excited about your new patterns and humorously I just rewatched your tutorial on scissor fobs today! My LNS is In Stitches Needlework (not sure of the last word, we just call it In Stitches, but I know there's another shop by that name) in Alexandria, VA, but I also buy fabrics from some online shops, I like to spread my pennies around and support as many shops as possible. In Stitches has cross stitch and needlepoint, does some framing (long wait time), great staff!

I live in The PNW so I'm blessed with 2 LNS's within 2hrs from me (one is 20 minutes away): Thread Needle Street in Issaquah, WA; Acorns and Threads in Portland, OR; Colour and Cotton in Manchester, MO (this is REALLY CLOSE to STL and we go when I visit my folks in IL). My favorite ONSs are: Garon Stitchery (they just opened a brick and mortar in Ozark, AL); TopKnot Stitcher (I adore Abby and Jam), 123 Stitch, Lindy Stitches, and Fat Quarter Shop.

I don't have a stitchey shop near where I live :( soooo very sad! But I go to my father's house twice and year and spend my money at The Crafty Ewe in Broadview Hts, OH (they also sell online) and Just Stitching in Strongsville, OH. I am the type that likes to see things in person, so I really try to help brick and mortar shops when I am able.
I love a whole lot of Etsy shops - too hard to pick a favorite. And then there is the online shops like Victoria Sampler in Canada, 123Stitch and many more (I have only purchased pdf's because international shipping is crazy!) I spread my wealth, too much of it sometimes. lol ❤ I am hoping to find some shops close to where I live in the comments - that would be super!

I love The Stitching Well in Bay City, Michigan. It's 1-1/2 hours from me, but oh SO worth going! I think I've been going once a month or around there these last 3XX! Lol! Online I like to buy direct from designers, Etsy stores or I am ready to place an order for 123stitch. For DMC floss I may need for a project, it's Hobby Lobby, and DMC needles is Walmart! Lol!

I am excited for your new fall charts to come out. I am currently working on Sweet Friendships which I purchased at Colour and Cotton Needleworks when I was in the area for a cross stitch retreat. I buy a lot of my cross stitch projects online from 123 Stitch, Lindy Stitches, and Fat Quarter Shop. I also go to Stitch On Needlework Shop in Lawrence, KS which is 45 minutes from my house. The closest LNS to me is 2 hours away, so I do t get there too often. I mostly order from 123 stitch. I’ve also been to the Attic twice in the last year. Very nice store!

I like to give my local shop, The Silver Needle, my business whenever I can. It’s only 4 miles from my house. But I do purchase vintage kits and patterns on eBay. Typically the ladies at The Silver Needle are really helpful and I always learn something about stitching every time I go there. I’ve purchased a number of patterns on Etsy and 123 Stitch also.
Prayers for healing for your sister. Praying they can get her white cell count up and steady so she can get the chemo she needs to get that cancer! God is watching over all of you!

My local shop is Stitches Unlimited. It is on the small side but the only one in the area. I think I probably spend more at 123 Stitch, as I can find charts sorted by name or designer, plus the floss and fabric.

Thanks, Annie! I hope your dear sister can get her numbers to be the right way so she can continue the chemo! Thinking of you all as you watch her suffer! Hobby Lobby seems to be my go-to store for floss. Have lots of patterns that I would like to start! Working on "Plaid for Autumn" and loving how the colors talk to each other!
