hi my friend I purchase this device enclosure pocket doccase in 2023 very nice device but the problem is the PLP is not working I communicate with the seller in amazon they didn't accept the device for return but he refund the money to my account. Later I contact the service center of enclosure doccase i explained about the issue , they told me the device that you buy it is not compatible i didn't believe his idea . but i have a doubt abut the capacitors it could be defect or its not functioning at all so what is your solution . waiting for your reply.
