This is true innovation and I am pleased to have partnered with Dockcase for this review and I intend to feature more of their products. Stay tuned to see me use their products and other videos to test and confirm transfer rates and a USB port types.
The real next level aspect of tis is the high price. SSD's do have a limited life but I suspect that few of us will ever see the end of one in practical use terms. Rather oo much gimmick here, disguised in the price.
It can also be used to test if an SSD is performing well. I had one that was performing strangely if I had this I could have seen the issue. I would like to see a new chipset with higher transfer speeds.
... names of usb inretconnects are correct - its an older nomenclature only - usb 3.2 gen3 2x2=usb3.2 (20Gbps), usb3.2 gen2=usb 3.1 (1 0Gbps), usb 3.2 gen 1=usb 3 (5Gbps)...

how come it is not showing usb 3.2? my motherboard's usb-c is 3.2 and i am using the 970 evo plus. still it is showing 3.1 connection
In my video I got the same problem so it has to be a limitation of the product
