Hard working men’s, no union bs, No laziness or crying etc.
Hard working and supporting their families.
Hard working under minimal wage no personal safety gear no vacations or days off can get fired in a moments notice no social benefits.
There’s no job security anywhere, all matter is they are doing what a MAN do for his family (most people’s don’t have family or don’t know phrase of family).
About safety, few years back I went overseas for vacation and see’ a man welding, I asked him about safety he looked at me and said what’s that (meaning they are not pussy).

And yes, all handless and feetless beggars you'll see crawling on Pakistan's dirty roads were also not pussies before an accident occured and chopped off their hands, feet or they were blinded by welding arc.

Having three men working seems much more sensible than the way we do it in the west. One man must do the work of three men while he supports two on the dole.
Make something out of nothing.... But very scaring... the welding, scrap material etc.
My fear relates to the same brakes being used as on OEM trucks even after the trucks have been strengthened so that they can carry heavier loads. My Dad was/is an engineering Professor, and the little I have learned from him leaves me feeling that anything these people make will be strong enough, due to them having first hand experience, but they need to find a way of upgrading the brakes as well.

Those truck were built for work, not looking good. In a few years "if" they have a problem with the frame, they'll just fix it problem solved.

through my observation..they work very dangerously..because there are no safety shoes..no gloves..and many other mistakes in the workplace...doesn't the health and safety department of workers in this country exist?? is all that not important to them.?? sorry, I just want to know..tq
