*For who uses a canon dslr (cropped sensor)*
I bought one that screws on to a 18-55 mm canon EF-S lens (58mm), but got a *step down ring* too use it on my 10-18 mm (67mm) too get that full circle fisheye. Currently use it on my 60D and 90D. Thought i had too spend 200 euros on one of those fisheye lenses, but ended up spending 60 euros the 0.35x and step down ring.
so on a Canon Rebel t5i I wouldn't get the full circle fish-eye effect without doing that step down ring to 67 mm you mentioned ?
can i use it on my 50mm 1.8 on my canon rp
Yo dawg about the lens adapter we dont use that one for skating hahaha it would be a century optics mk1 for a vx1000 or mostly opteka 0.3x lensen for hd 4:3 and for hpx cameras we use century optics xtreme fisheye i think. This one isnt wide enough and has wayyyy to much vignette we like it only in the corners. Hope ya learned something :)

No, because of the objective diameter. Search for 49mm Fisheye Lens Adapter
Yes it does. Just buy a 49mm to 52mm step up ring if you're using the kit lens

You can not attach the lens to an iphone,
The adapter works on most lenses you just need a step up ring. Check the size of the front of your lens for filters.

Just came across this again as I'm looking into these fisheyes. Will the opteka work well with a sigma 18-35 mm? I'll be using it on a 80d. The opteka is for 52 mm thread and the sigma is 72mm. I know there are step up/down ring adapters, but I'm only asking because the jump from 52 to 72 is pretty big.
Also what would you recommend? The 0.35 opteka or the 0.20. Both fairly similar in price and actual results from what I've seen online.
It would somewhat work, A wide lens would be ideal. It depends what camera your on

Probably its an actual lens where as the opteka is just a cheap adapter. Depends on your budget
