Washing my hair once a month has been a game-changer 😭 my detangling during washday is a breeze because I've kept my hair moisturised for the whole month so all the product build up acts like a detangler and the shed hairs come out easily 😄 Plus the length retention is insane 😍

Insaaane lengths!!! It’s crazy! I deal like my hair is healthier ever since I stopped over washing it🌺

Yes!!! Same here…though I’m stretching it to 2 and 3 months in between wash days. 😅🌸

    Morning ❣️
I wash my hair bi-weakly. I also do scalp massages that really help very soothing. I do Exfoliate my scalp. My sibling levels are low, maybe because of my age. I'm not sure, but they used to be high when I was in my 20s. And my 30s, now i'm in my 60s they're very low.
I moisturize my scalp twice out the week. Especially Avra, wash my hair. Because my scalp is very dry. I would use a little glycerin, but I love rose water and then seal it with my oil.
I hope and pray. Have a wonderful weekend. God bless you.✨️🪷

Hi! Thanks for your info. I just started washing my hair two times per week. I used to wash every week, but my hair is too dry to handle that and there's a lot of sebum and product buildup in between. Can you tell me what is, "sibling levels" and what is, "Avra?" Thanks! 😊

Some people just naturally have low sebum. I think I have low to medium sebum production 🤗 blessing to you too!!

11 weeks since wash day on a scalp diagnosed with eczema. The goal is to wash at 12weeks. Cruising to goal.

      Wow! What’s your scalp routine?

Skin issues are usually dietary deficiencies. If you add collagen to your diet, either from food or powder form, it would be interesting to see if that made a difference for eczema. I think it would. Ive seen it make a tremendous difference for other skin issues. Just an unsolicited suggestion. 😅💕

Using witch hazel pads and pour ACV mixed with aloe vera juice over the individual WH pads used to exfoliate the scalp. Then use the ACV and aloe vera juice as a cleansing rinse on the hair. Do this once a month.
The wig on you became you when one side was hanging towards the back or brought over to the other side. Beautiful hair.
Peace Love and Blessings to you and your family.
    Thanks for sharing 🙂

There’s no way I could make it that long without washing my hair. I just made it to a week and struggled.
