I was assuming there was like a tracker in the boots that would notify the butcher gang or do something else (or were they meant to be a substitute for chains or some other sort of monitor).
This makes me really sad considering the recent events of Tommy’s betrayal that transpired. You could tell that although Techno was tolerating Tommy’s chaotic, troublesome, and annoying behavior Techno was actually really patient with him and genuinely cared about Tommy. I really enjoyed the compilation though because it showed what could’ve been.

Only after Tommy betrayed techno than techno and dream joined forces. Tommy betrayed techno because he does not want to destroy l'manburg. I may need to educate myself abt the storyline again.. I kinda forgot a lot of things.
