Great cooking, not 100% Mauritian but I'd say 95 %. I did the fish vindaille exactly like the one showed here, it came out awesome, thanks a lot for the show, it is amazing and all the best.
Nobody puts cumin and wine in rougaille! and "Songes" is called Taro leaves and not spinach!!! Nobody eats dhollpuri in quarters! Why are they all bent on conning you!
@@shroff3417 I want to learn about Mauritius, I only speak English, do you have recommendations? I’m particularly curious about food, music, cultural mixing/relations, politics
It is not Indian biriyani. When people migrate in large numbers or in the Indian case were sent by the British as labourers to another country food changes. They were in a strange country where they didn't get all the ingredients so they made changes and adapted the recipes. So don't spout your mouth of like an ignorant pathetic troll. This is history, things change .
So proud to watch this video which shows my country’s cuisine !!! 😍😍😍

Wow looks delicious.❤😍🌹
am sorry our rougaille is not like this at all mauritian people dont use paprika and white wine
Thyme in Biryani? LOL! I can't stop LMAO.
What is wrong with thyme??? You will not die with time. I have tried it and it's ok.
Not thyme , it's mint.
This show has shown some of the most outrageous biryanis. The pakistani lady made some rubbish and called it biryani in their episode.
Are there any good Mauritian restaurants in Sydney?
Ey mo aine mauritian
