Welcome to our bright, spacious, modern apartment boasting 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 terraces in the prestigious EuroCity development - right in the heart of Gibraltar, and offering luxury accommodation on a high floor with breathtaking views of Gibraltar, Morocco, Spain and the Gibraltar straits. This new-build property exudes elegance, minimalism, uniqueness, while the spacious, sleek interior offers a serene atmosphere. Free garage parking, entry to the pool and beautiful garden area.
The space
With its convenient location you will find pretty much anything you need at your doorstep - restaurants, bus stops, Morrisons - main grocery store, MCdonalds, and only 5- 10 min walk to the Main street, Irish town or Chatham Counterguard, the King's Bastion Leisure center and the parks (Campion and Commonwealth Parks), 15 min walk either to Ocean village or Queensway Quay marina, 20-25 min walk to Alameda Gardens and Cable Car, 30 min walk to the International Gibraltar Airport, Eroski grocery superstore, Spanish border or the biggest and most popular beach - Eastern beach.
Apartment features:
Spacious, bright and stylish living/dining room with lots of natural light, you can relax on a big and comfortable sofa reading local newspapers or enjoy your meal prepared in a fully equipped kitchen with state of the art appliances. From the living room step into the terrace and enjoy amazing views.
All bedrooms have blackout curtains to make sure you will have a good night sleep with no light going through the windows and convenient USB ports to make sure your gadgets are fully charged.
Master bedroom features ensuite, double bed 150x200cm and smart TV. Second bedroom features 2 single beds 90x190cm but could be joined together if necessary making it a double bed 180x190cm, it also has a smart TV, so everyone can enjoy their favourite programmes. Both rooms share a large terrace.
Third bedroom features one single bed 90X200cm and a desk, so if you need a space/office for work this bedroom will perfectly suit your needs with high speed WiFi (300 mpb) which is available throughout the apartment.
Our apartment is comfortable for accommodating 5 people and perfect for families and couples looking for a relaxing getaway.

Beautiful apartment with spectacular views and a possible holiday alternative to the Sunborn, Rock or Eliott hotels! We visit Gibraltar often and have considered moving there on a semi-permanent basis but I understand that most properties there are sold on a leasehold basis and that, in Gibraltar, there are not the same protections for leaseholders as there are in the UK and that a head-lessor in Gibraltar is under no obligation to offer an extension to the lease and, if he does, he can demand any sum he wishes. Down the line, these may be more of a concern from a re-sale and/or inheritance point of view than they are in the UK.
But enough of that! Thanks for another great video, Janna!
a new build carries typically a 125 year lease, so nothing to worry about.

Мне вот кажется здорово - прозрачные ограждения на балконе. но некоторых людей с акрофобией (боязнью высоты) может отпугнуть. 470 евро за ночь.. даже не знаю - много это или нет за такие апартаменты? Жанна, а какой у тебя этаж? А то в правилах проживания меня потряс один пункт - "запрещается прыгать с балконов" :))) Первые клиенты уже появились, кто-то бронирует? Посмотрел на других сайтах про этот комплекс "Евросити Каррара", посмотрел фотки - здорово, все рядом, конечно учитывая размеры города! Спасибо за обзор!
Спасибо, Роберт! 14 этаж 🙂 не так уж и высоко, вот 100й , думаю , будет не комфортно… За ночь всего 250-300 за 5ых это нормально, сравнительно дешево для таких комплексов, я не хочу задрать цену, но вот Airbnb добавляет свой процент сверху…

the tiny kitchen and no place for the tv, just a massive badly designed kitchen/living..yeah great!
There is a place for the TV, it’s the way I put furniture around… kitchen is big enough for the apartment, I agree on one thing, that the fridge should be bigger and there is a space for an island so I would redesign it …
