This video was posted at the request of those who have watched a segment of the lecture that I posted earlier under the title "Jordan Peterson: His Finest Moment". That clip can be found here: • Jordan Peterson- His F...

It's amazing how hard it is to find this lecture. Took me a solid half hour of digging through RUclips. Definitely going to download this, then share it with as many people as I can. Then I'll upload it and do it all over again when it inevitably gets taken down.
It actually wasn't taken down -- the original uploaders somehow turned it into private for some reason...
@@TruthspeakOfficial now why would they make this private? yikes !
the only part I recognized was the part where he claims western feminists aren't against saudi arabia. gets clipped because of how loony it sounds but the rest is still a wonderfully psychotic torrent of lies. thouroughly enjoyed.
Glad you found it!
i finally found it too. It helped me so much with depression before it got set on private and i was miserable and frustrated not being able to reach it.
The professor in the blue shirt smirking behind is like, "I've never heard so much truth in my life!"
I know, right? He's enjoying it so much he can barely contain himself from bursting out laughing.
lets hope it stays here. thanks again for reuploading it
I saw this first awhile ago. Why'd it get taken down again?
it got taken down?
Thank you so much for reuploading it. I downloaded it right away. It is such a treasure and the Left hate it. There is no guarantee that we can ever have chance to listen it again in the future under google's heavy censorship....
Soooo glad this is back. Always loved the full version, probably Dr. Peterson's best speech.
he truly came inspired for this one
Man, I wish I could have warned him of what was coming. Stay strong Dr. Peterson. I don’t have the words to describe how much you’ve helped me.
Worth revisiting what you wrote here just a year ago, for what's happened since. It keeps getting worse.
@@DonTruman What's going on?
Jordan Peterson is painfully brilliant. He is a gift from God in our times.
A gift from god? And they wonder why so many see Peterson fans as being cult-like.
@@arman_1024
A gift from GOD... the creator of him and his mind, which he uses for a lot of good. You are created in His image as well, Arman - and a gift from God. What has He entrusted you with, and what are you doing with it. I pray you both come to know Jesus (Creator GOD) as Lord and Savior.
Imagine how strong, brave and skilled you need to be to stand before a large audience as well as the entire Internet and give such an excellet speech, without any sort of help. I think this is the best speech he ever made, and to see it like this - mostly improvised, raw and honest - is awsome. What a legend. ❤
The talk of his that knocked me off my feet whilst simultaneously bringing me to tears. The one video I recommend for everyone to watch.
This speech is a hell of a ride. I'm glad I found it again.
Tears? You cried to it?
29:33 begins the best minute or so of public speaking on RUclips
The most impactful thing I have ever heard.
What do you want to do with your life?
Look at what you are pursuing.
That little bit changed my life.
This is the speech that made me a fan of his work which lead to me to reading Carl Jung and Postmodernism, absolutely brilliant , inspiring and incisive
What did you learn from this?
@@justanothernick3984 That the main reason why our culture is so messed up is partly because of Postmodernism and its lack of respect for truth, logic, reason, coherence etc. Also the best way to change things is to work on yourself while trying to reduce suffering around you instead of propagating it . Also, if you focus on oppression and group identity then you negate the sacredness of the individual. What did you learn?

Firstly, I’m probably polar opposite of JBP, so center-left. But I’ve come to understanding him somewhat.
I don’t think we have changed as people and I don’t see us changing either. But influencers like JBP and people in general seem to need to feel in control of situations. Yes, culture is changing and with the internet, more people without influence can more easily come together and speed up a progressive/liberal way of thinking. Most people feel under-attended to and can form bonds of understanding and that will for the time being push conservative values back.
I think we all lack respect for truths, logic and reason if it doesn’t serve us. But I agree that the only things we can have an impact on is our closest friends by changing our selves since we can’t change others.
As for the political stuff, one needs to be fluid and be a counterbalance to the extreme as to maintain balance. And at the moment, the power is largely in the center-right domain.
@@timothyfillier479
And to address the individualism, I think we need to get back to some sort of community/group-think. We need to work in groups because as individuals, we will fail.
@@justanothernick3984 Ok what do you mean by we haven't changed as people? Have you heard of Integral theory? i.e. Stages of thought from our primordial beginnings to the most recent Traditional, Modern and Postmodern stages...Im not sure if he feels in control as much as he is trying to describe what is happening and instill tried and true lasting principles to younger generations...Generally, we tend to be drawn to truth or knowledge that we are interested in or has a practical , functional use... can you explain How is political power in the centre-right? The US and Canada's ruling political parties are far left in my opinion....
I've only seen clips of this. Thank you for uploading

Who is Solzhenitsyn?

This is my favorite Jordan Peterson lecture
So is mine so many epic chilling parts of the speech: old old old idea
pick your damn suffering and bear it
stand up so that people could rely on you

Best fucking speech! I'm so glad to be a Psychology major graduate and now a licensed psychometrician hopefully becoming a clinical psychologist following and using his methods. I promise not to take credit to every word that I say that comes from him. He is more than a father, better than my own. I'm just his disciple form overseas. I really hope I can meet him in person in my life time.
Heard this 6 years ago and still the fucking best.
Still one of my fav lectures from JP. Shame it's not promoted on his official channel.
No matter how many times I listen its the best I ever heard
I was searching this for so much time, thank you!!!!
Oh God that was a rant to hear! Very articulate and to the point !
On Top of his Sarcastic Best Here. Brilliant

This is a scorcher, Dr. P! Through your work, I've discovered so many others. Thank you.

Thank you for the full upload❤️
I came here after Trump got banned from Twitter.

Thank you for the full upload!
One of his best talks.
Thank you so much for posting this, I was so sad when it was taken down.
This is classic JP, this guy wasnt seeking fame. He was just concerned about events happening around him.

I was looking for this speech in Dr peterson's own channel but couldn't find it. I am glad that somebody else uploaded here
I'm at work so I'll have to come back and flesh this idea out more to see if I even believe it when I'm done but at the end when he's describing how you should fix yourself then attempt to fix your family then attempt to fix things outside of that, in that order, it reminds me of how church hierarchy and the requirements for each position are laid out in the bible. I'll have to go dig that passage up and compare but if I'm remembering right there's a lot of requirementa specifically that you *and* your family be acceptable before you have authority in the church.
The best of all
Great speech
Legend has it, JP taught those bees to adopt the necessary responsibility to keep themselves.
Thank you
Thanks for uploading, I’ve been wondering where I can find this specific talk.
What happened to the original?? Also that adlib at 39:47 XD

Why isnt this on his channel??
I think it's privated - that's the method to avoid the persecution by leftist ideology.
Not canceled yet! ;-)
I hate how they kept laughing when he said very serious things. It means they weren’t listening properly
Actually, I think they were loving it. Laughter and sadness can be very close. Also, you just have to love the way he says it. It’s like an expert comedian, delivering the punchlines, except he’s not really a comedian. He does pack a punch.
@@kbrownvirginia Absolutely, I'm a Canadian so used to his self- depreciating style of humour😀
Jordan Peterson was a bartender and a beekeeper?!?! How many lifetimes has this guy lived??
its scaremongering to the fragile only
Where is that girl can I have her to marry
Jordan is not fighting for freedom of speech. He's fighting for his own Christian biblical interpretation, that a god created only male and female. I am heterosexual, but I certainly don't feel "forced" to use new terminology that shows respect for a group that have in the past been so terribly persecuted. It would be my honor, to in turn honor them.
He’a definitely fighting for freedom of speech. You’d need to know more about him to understand this has zero to do with the Bible for him. Zero.
@@heatherapplegate9237
What freedom do you think Jordan has lost in the last 8 years since Bill C-16 was put into law?
Is he in prison, on his acclaimed hunger strike?
Is he in court?
He is comparable to nuns who whip their own bodies, because they think a god exists that wants them to suffer.
On his podcasts, when critiquing the bible, and speaking the word Jesus, he brings his self to tears.
Such a silly, self indulged man.
actually, he's not even a christain like most people think he may be. just because he read the bible doesn't mean he believes it word for word
@@kantraxoikol6914 All people cherry-pick their favorite words in their so-called holy books, to in turn suit their own "desires."
You can bet that Jordan uses words in his bible to boost up the idea that he and "god" are of the same mentality, which is what occurred in the following story.
From the book … 40 YEARS OF COUNTRY: LIFE OF A RURAL DOCTOR IN NORTHERN SASKATCHEWAN … author … Dr Mervin L Johnson
During this time, Blanche and I found out from the Alliance Church Board that they did not want Blanche to teach in church any longer. She was an excellent teacher and really was being led by God, but they were afraid of what they’re hearing. I wrote in my diary, why is the Board destroying the work in this church? God do something I pleaded. Not for our sake but for Yours.
@@junevandermark952 seems like you’re seeing what you want to see not really what Peterson is saying. Do you think there’s no continuity between what Christianity espouses and, say, Buddhism, Zoroastrianism, Hinduism, or any other number of religions or even just secular principles? There is vast overlap in all of these broad ideologies which is bound to happen given that they all talk about the highest level abstracted ideals which by their nature deal with all things.
His arguments for free speech are always very narrowly discussed in the context of how things like C-16 violate free speech in ways that may have negative consequences. Do you have any examples of where this isn’t the case?
Wow! what a waste of time. I feel sorry for all the people cheering for him in the comments section.
Don't feel bad for said commenters not sympathising with you.
