never thought I'd ever be looking up a pop punk album producer but the Proper Dose album is just so good and I think the production gives it its very own sound which is just so perfect for the lyrics of the songs. Great stuff. And great point about how important it is to listen to the most popular artists.
@Kimba de Jong honestly good riddance. Sam's got major problems and is an awful human being in general. he's worked on some great albums but the more I hear about him, the more I'm inclined to think it was less his doing and more the talent of the bands pushing through.
His work on proper dose is unbelievable. As fans of the band we owe him for the mix but when big blimd came out many of my friends complained about the sound immediately with nothing to say about the song. All i heard was the buried guitar tracks and vocals. Drums were horrible in thats initial cut
