Edit: So to explain what happened with Asylum Demon, what Ymfah did was use Black Fire Bombs to kill Asylum Demon before the full tutorial, then quit out before it really died. This caused the game to think Asylum was dead when it wasn't, thus the knight at the start gives you the key that normally drops from Asylum. Should you not quit out when doing this, you will get the Demon's Great Hammer.

Apparently the "flag" for Asylum demon was coded weirdly. Flag for when it dies and when the health bar reach 0 are different. And the big pilgrim for opening the asylum door is marked to be given to the player is when the health bar reach 0. That's why the key is acquired through Oscar even though the Asylum demon is not technically dead

The Asylum Demon Skip works because the game registers the demon as dead, so the knight gives you the key to the exit, that the demon would normally drop when fighting him the second time
I OG Dark Souls, you get buffs for reversing hollow, based on how many humanity you have. Buffs to item discovery and defense, and some other stuff I can't remember.
basically, killing asylum demon early triggers a flag so you get handed the key to leave with the estus, and that flag gets triggered even though he quit out before asylum demon was fully considered dead, and with the key he just leaves. edit: grabs are glitchy, doing running attacks with a 2 handed ultra greatsword as iron golem grabs you send you flying, and if done in the right spot will send you into an out of bounds area in anor lando, and force closing the game while quitting out will put you at the start of the area. not sure if the grab glitch only happens with ultra greatswords or if its just that its the one that sends you the right distance. I've done it once for a minimum bosses run, took forever to get right. right, he explains it right after, thats what I get for pausing and not just letting the video play lol. also I remembered wrong, forgot about the homeward bone.

He's done the game with negative stats, Rickety Shield, roll-only, and a mod that had every status constantly building up at all times. Recently he did NG+1000 (infinite uncapped scaling mod) completely no-hit. Dude's insane.

First skip is simple, when you kill asylum demon you get key to open door but with skip you kill him with bombs and quit out before he dies and later go to knight that gives you estus but for some reason that knight gives you the key of asylum demon too.
Tarkus is the most broken summon in ANY souls game. He can solo Iron golem easily, and im pretty sure i've seen a video modding him into other boss fights and he could solo most if not all of them too Edit: Ares didn't even notice he skipped all 4 lord souls lol
