Woman, that is what my hair looks like when I do not comb it, and I have the same hair texture as the defendant. This individual has unrealistic expectations. 🤦🏻♀️
Her referring to the hair as "nappy" with so much emphasis on the word makes me see her for the shallow person she is among other things. Also her wanting the judge to play the second video pretending it had anything remotely to do with people seeing "the hair" 🙄.
Why is it always the "influencers" acting so entitled and thinking they're gonna get everything handed to them and for free simply because they think they're bringing supposed clout? This plaintiff is a brat.
Because their success is literally handed to them. She gets paid to go on vacation and record her experiences. People pay her because she looks good. That tells her I get everything handed to me

In beauty school they actually taught us to NOT use the term “nappy” and I had black and WHITE instructors who taught us NOT to use the term “dread locs” but instead just Locs. The plaintiff to me just seems entitled like she bargains for hair extensions. The defendant had a good gut feeling about not working with her and she should’ve stood by that. I’m glad she won.
Exactly! The plaintiff really thinks she's special 🙄 trying to get $$ for hair she wore multiple times. No one cares about her being an "influencer"....smh
I can absolutely imagine Ms Very Important Influencer being a difficult client. I'm guessing virtually none of the things she immediately bragged about doing ever happened. Most successful influencers have millions of followers, not 52K. There's cats on Instagram with more fans than her.
She’s not that big of a influencer someone would be giving her free hair and installs 🙄 The defendant tried to work with her but she’s seems impossible
If I would comb MY hair like that there certainly would be broken hair all over the floor. You cannot rip through hair like that and not expect it to break. The Plaintiff is so self absorbed and entitled, it makes me want to hurl.
The plaintiff is absolutely unbearable, full of herself, and arrogant, when it's clear she has no reason to be. She seems like a scammer and con artist who tries to get hair for free when she can't afford it by coming up with false complaints. The defendant seems to have really gone out of her way to help and had to deal with this too many times. Glad the defendant one. And someone needs to tell the plaintiff that 52,000 followers really isn't that much on social media and that if she were really "famous" or even remotely well known, she wouldn't have to read her resume & credits off. Social media has people thinking their famous because they get a few likes. And the issue with hair texture is another conversation.
Women can wear their hair anyway they like. Buy it, chop it, color it, bald it, or wear it natural. However, it bothers me that she referred to the hair as nappy like she was describing dog poo. Some women, especially black women have so many issues with their hair. She wants people to think that is her own "from the roots grown" hair. If she is so pressed about having perfect hair, then buy a straight wig. No one's hair is perfect all the time. Maybe if she learned to love her hair in its natural state, she can find stylists who can do wonders with natural hair. She sounds like she's a little off and full of herself.
I don’t much like the term “influencer”. And it always seems inappropriate for people to refer to themselves as an “influencer”. I mean, I get it… claim it, put it out there, do you. It’s trendy nowadays. But it always seems presumptuous and arrogant to assume that the people who ‘follow’ you on social media are actually being influenced by you. It’s like saying about yourself “I’m an Inspirer. I’m inspiring to other people.” No… let them say it; don’t say it about yourself.
So sad and so true. But that's the state of affairs these days; in the age of social media, nobody wants to wait for somebody to form an opinion of them by their actual merits or grounded anywhere at all in reality, they want to _tell_ you exactly who and what they are, and you should just take their word for it. They put out a super carefully curated image of their ideal self, highlight/exaggerate the good, leave out/ignore the bad completely; hardly ever their true self though. And this is the same generation that supposedly _'hates'_ labels... 😫 Completely blinded by vanity and exaggerated self importance.
The plaintiff talks as if we should all know her. Never heard of her, never seen her in anything before. Reality is she is just an "influencer" who thinks she is bigger and better than she is. If she is blogging about travelling, her physical looks should not be that important since if you follow her it isn't for her image that you do so.
Another entitled influencer, shocking. She doesn’t remember which install it is, she can’t find the texts, etc. liar liar. The defendant seems like a sweet lady

It is odd how when JM asks for evidence that may hurt the plaintiffs case, like text messages, she conveniently cannot find them. Cannot remember which set was in the photo at 8:08, yet she sure wanted the video shown (Where she is ripping into her hair with that brush!) because she is wearing the swimsuit. I just want to make sure you know how important I am. I'm an influencer. I literally am extremely important to everyone's life. I realize that I could have said that "it's important for my job" to do whatever with my hair, but if I did... how would you possibly understand how important I am? How could I *not* tell you about all the companies who LOVE me?? You have been blessed by your ability to look at me. You're welcome.
Those brushes are harsh on hair. I'm not saying that they're not hair that tangles easily. It's just that if you've gotta live with that hair for multiple days, then brush it in a nice way and not using that brush. She's just ripping out more hair than she should. Plus making more frizzy. It also seems kinda odd that she's always in a big hurry for replacement hair instead of seeing that the hair tangles too easily and then within a day or 2, letting the hair lady know that it's bad. But no, she seems to wait until she needs the janky hair gone right now. She seems to be able to deal with janky hair for multiple weeks. Why need to demand for new hair right now (ignoring if she wants it for free, to half pay for it, or to fully pay for it)? That's not right or fair. Also, you couldn't see how much hair came out and it seemed like she was brushing the hair with a harsh brush for it way harder than she should be. It sounded the same as the girls in school that would be frequently brushing their non tangled hair during class and that paddle brush being full of hair. She was ripping out the hair instead of being more gentle with it.

Of course she signed a "non-disclosure" for a TV show 🤣 that means she don't have to talk about it or even VERIFY IT. I think she's delusional. She doesn't even have a high amount of followers. She's pretty but I see nothing that puts her above the rest where she would get all this treatment she coincidentally can't talk about. IMO she's a spoiled brat who aspires to be nothing more than an influencer. These people go broke trying to live up to a ridiculous standard. If she succeeds great but personally I just think she has an over inflated sense of self and thinks she deserves things for free. Glad the defendant who actually works for her living won. Now that's a strong, beautiful woman with a good head on her shoulders.
This is what's wrong with the world now. People think they can have it all...im going to wear this hair AND get my money back. First off, why would your stylist install hair that looked like that? The plaintiff sounds like a person who expects freebies or discounts from everyone who she does business with!!! I'm glad that the defendant got her money!!!
Harvey’s comment at the end didn’t make sense to me because yes, photos and videos certainly can be essential in a case, but in this particular case the plaintiffs photos and videos did not help her, in fact the photos of her in El Salvador or wherever she was prove that she was still doing photo shoots with the “bad” hair… Pay attention Harvey!
I had to replay his speech. He’s an out gay man complimenting this woman’s bikini. Did she look so good in the swimsuit that she drove him to sexual harassment or back into the closet?

Plaintiff is on a "living spree" and want to do so at other ppl's livelihood. she wanted it for free, point blank period. Run the lady her cheque.
I’m glad the defendant won! The plaintiff is entitled. The plaintiff knew that the hair was bad before she installed it and decided to install it anyway?!! Makes no sense.
Give the defendant a little business just for putting up w that horrible plaintiff
I know right, that plaintiff was so entitled 🙄
Douglas is cracking up 😂
Great verdict JM!! Cuz chilleeee
Omgosh she acts like Hilary on Bel-Air! 😂😂 Why could she not understand what the judge was saying?? 😂🤣
Good hair is what your God gave you. Don't hate yourself.
Thank you!
In orthodox Jewish culture they wear wigs in respect for god 🤷🏽♀️
@@LeolaGlamour but did God require that from them?
@@jaredlhulum probably not but that’s not the point the point is, stay out of peoples business and stop trying to shame people through god. Jesus said not to judge.
@@LeolaGlamour Im not even Christian but this person wasn’t trying to force God nor their religion on anyone. It was a simple statement. You all are so annoying. One mention of a religion you probably don’t care for and you’re hopping on anyone who believes in it. You could’ve kept it pushing yourself the same way you’re telling that person to mind their business. Hypocrite much?
I don't think I wanted anybody to win like I wanted the defendant to win!! The plantiffs arrogance and entitlement was enough for me to see she was a piece of work!!!!! I'm glad the defendant won 🤣🤣🤣
my man Douglas' face at 15:10 has me DEAD!🤣
The “nappy” hair actually looks more natural and looks to be her texture. It’s obvious that the hair in her head now is not hers.
The plaintiff definitely lied about returning the hair and leaving it on her porch. She concocted a whole story about dropping it off. That is just shameful smh. I'm glad the defendant is getting what's owed to her...
The owner bent over backwards to help this woman and all she did was screw her over...... case closed. !!!
Perfect sum up! She was so annoying. Thinking highly of herself didn't look good on her
God, the plaintiff is insufferable. Go start your own hair extension business, hon, if you're so dissatisfied
Insufferable, that’s it
This is what's wrong with the world now. People think they can have it all...im going to wear this hair AND get my money back. First off, why would your stylist install hair that looked like that? That's who you should be mad at!! Then, you wanna bash her all on social media, like she put that hair in your head. Girl Bye!! Smh
I’m ruling in favor of Ms. Gonzalez ! Great ruling Judge ! Keep up the great work .
Why is she having her boyfriend handle her business🤣💀 men don't know hair
The plaintiff saying “nappy” multiple times is triggering me 🙄
She just said she sat the hair on the porch, but now she still has the hair 😩
You caught that too
She said the first batch was put on the porch. She still has the second.
Regardless, I think she's lying about returning the hair.
typical, she ''sat the hair'' instead of she placed the hair,
The plaintiff sounds like a person who expects freebies or discounts from everyone who she does business with!!! I'm glad that the defendant got her money!!!
When you start the conversation with how famous you are online.. I'm out
*InFlUeNcEr*… 🙄 … Girl, nobody thinks you’re as important as you think you are.
The Plaintiff right off the bat is doing and saying too much. I can't stand folks that do the most.
The Bailiffs expression with the opening, when she explained how awesome she is, was hilarious!!!!
Plaintiff is exhausting.
very exhausting with her entitled self 🙄
This lady is so annoying! The stylist dealt with her longer than she should’ve. Yuck!
I thought the same thing at first but forgot everything he said once he mentioned her pink swimsuit. It made me a little nauseous.
Harvey is such an instigator 🤣 but he’s a legend.
Harvey comment about her bikini was completely inappropriate
@@syerega Absolutely there was something low key creepy about it
I had to replay his speech. He’s an out gay man complimenting this woman’s bikini. Did she look so good in the swimsuit that she drove him to sexual harassment or back into the closet?
amazing how someone can say "my hair" has to be perfect then say they buy the hair.
Damn. Didn't even think of it like that.
To quote another famous judge "Beauty fades, dumb is forever".
What a scam artist! She wants other people to financially support her traveling.
700 hundred dollar hair oh lord! That’s a mortgage payment! Smh 🤦🏾♀️ we as a people have out priorities messed up!
Good afternoon everyone.
Good day
Good afternoon.
I immediately get a negative feeling about the Plaintiff!! I flat out don’t like her !
I’ve never heard of the plaintiff and I love travel blogs
THANKYOU, She behaves like she is bigger than what she is .
Who is the young lady? I follow different travel bloggers and I have not seen her on Instagram or anything else. She has such a sense of entitlement.
I’ve never heard of her. The look on Douglas face is mine.
Ah, i love cases that end like this lol
Influencer? Who cares?! And no wonder it was shedding, the away she was ripping that brush through her hair!
Harry's comment at the end about the pink bikini was hilarious... Ha Ha Ha...
The plaintiff is a scammer, PERIOD!!!
Lol Douglas looking like… AND????
when she started talking, i immediately sided with the defendant bc WE DONT CARE LADY!
👍👍👍👍🤣
The Plaintiff was definitely using The People's Court as a audition. All those influencers do is try to find any excuse to get tv or media time for attention. I bet she didn't get her TV show.
As soon as the plaintiff opened her mouth, I knew we were headed down Entitlement Alley. 😒
What a horrible, awful customer! Wow.
if she says "nappy" one more time ima cry
Natural hair is beautiful!!!!
It’s like buying a new pair of underwear wearing them for months and returning them to the store and making the excuse that they were not cotton.
I really enjoy all People's Court episodes but I totally live for the Q & A at the end with both Judges.
20:30 Did anyone let Mr. Levin know that the plaintiff (who provided the kingly video evidence) actually lost and Judge Milian ruled in favour of the defendant? In other words, this part of the video was pointless. I will never understand how incompetent people manage to retain their jobs.
It's the teeth for me, girl bye 😂😂😂
I'm so glad I don't have to deal with this. What a mess.
Douglas facial expressions make me so happy. Hahaha. He is so great.
I hope the defendants bussiness does good after this court case video...she seems like she is a good bussiness woman who would be willing to work with her clients
