I noticed earlier that the kitchen installer left a messy workplace behind.
Is the condensation on the inside or outside of the pipe?
With the pipe as it is the cold air inside the pipe may meet the warmer moist air inside the cabinet, making it condensate on the pipe.
I would put some insulation around the pipe anyway.
Eating your lunch - out of the same pot that it was cooked in , is a bachelor move .
No sense in soiling clean dishes that will only have to be washed again .

The pooling of water under the extractor is the pipe going up hill out of the wall and so you will get a bit of condensation running back. My extractor vent is straight and no pooling of water. Keep up the good work x
Otkud voda u aspiratoru? Kad kuvaš ono što isparava je vodena para koju aspirator usisava. Deo te pare dolazi u kontakt sa onom cevi koja je hladnija i onda se para pretvara nazad u tečno stanje. Te kapljice pod uticajem gravitacije cure ka dnu otvora cevi a tu nije bilo silikona da zaptije... ostalo ti je jasno.
Jedan savet, zahvalićeš mi kasnije. Sledeći put kad budeš išla u kupovinu, obavezno kupi WD-40. Bilo koji šraf ili nešto slično što je zarđalo i neće da se okreće, samo naprskaj WD-40, sačekaj minut i gledaj magiju. Kao što rekoh, zahvalićeš mi kasnije.😉

It would be nice to have an area or patio with a WindScreen.
A fencing that looks like glass but isn't breakable like glass, that you can see through but blocks the wind.
Don't remember if you said you did not want a greenhouse, but.... a small one would be nice right next to the house for at least herbs and tomatoes 😊

20:47 : I bought two of those many years ago.
Piece of practical advice : the handle is rough and blank wood. Get some fine grain sandpaper and smoothen it. Then give it two layers of satin finish transparent wood-stain.
Quick and easy job. After that no more blisters on your hands, no dirty spots on the handle, and it will last a lifetime.
Make sure you check the outside of the vent. If that is not properly sealed you will get rain water coming in.

Good idea to terrace the hill, it'll reduce the steepness. But why not using the rubble for the driveway so that plants and trees can grow in unpolluted soil

It's a broom that you sweep with! And maybe water is getting in from the outside where the stove hood vent pipe comes out? Just a thought! There shouldn't be any water whatsoever. I came to the same conclusion when I was doing my house, if you want it done right, you do it yourself and so I did! 🤗
