I use an old fashioned excel spreadsheet to do my budgeting, but I always put on your videos while I fill in my budget, it makes me feel like I’m hanging out with a friend, doing our finances together :)

I completed the 52-week in reverse order several years ago, and it really does work great! At the end of the year, you can just take care of all of December at once and you are ready to go shopping for Christmas! Great video, as always, MM!
@MorganLindsay96 Start with week 52 ($52) and continue, moving backwards. It's just the opposite of starting with $1 for week 1 and continuing forward through each week of the year. Stuffing whatever you can is perfectly fine. I've done that, too.
I reverse the 100 envelope challenge for the same reason. Thereby giving more money at the end of the year for the holidays. But I do the 52 week challenge the regular way

Can you tell us more about how you donate your hair? Ive been growing my hair out and was about to cut itx i would love to donate it, its not damaged, i hardly ever use heat on it or any products really. I just havent cut it in 2 years!
Yes of course! I have donated to both Locks of Love and Wigs for Kids. They both focus on providing hairpieces to kiddos facing hair loss for medical reasons. They have the donation requirements and process on their websites… it’s super simple! 🖤

@ I guess there is a ton of ways you can stuff it. I use the 100 envelope so it’s slightly harder. But I managed to save 2k last year!

For the 52 week challenge, I’ve heard of people saving 53 dollars every two weeks. Works like you’re working from both ends of the year to the middle.
So that it is consistent throughout the year.
