I've noticed that in nearly all photos of the McCanns as a family, the parents look quite awkward and distant from their children. They don't look like typical loving, engaging parents. This is not something I have ever heard of in the US (I know we have tons of our own issues here) I just can't imagine a friend taking turns bathing my child, let alone a male, men I know would never volunteer for this.(it may sound sexist, but it is fact) I wouldn't in a million years agree to this, neither would my ex husband. I had my suspicion from day one I thought their reaction to their daughter being missing was rather odd. If that had of been my child I would of been uncontrollable with the thought of them going missing. My instincts told me there’s something not sitting right here.

Not wanting to make excuses for them as I believe at absolute min they should serve prison time for extreme child neglect but they had Maddie via IVF and the twins also via IVF this sort of treatment is not cheap so that hotel is possibly understandable but I see where you are coming from as that time in May was quite cheap, we went away at that time of year to the south of France and it was some years as much as one sixth the price it was durring school holidays. What we need to know how much extra work he did as he was better payed, how many hours during this was she working? And last did they get any of the treatment for free? The answer to these questions could with things like mortgage and other bills she'd light on if this was best they could afford or could they afford an awful lot more?
Those resorts were not cheap. They were expensive because they had child care services plus full board. All people who stayed at these resorts are new money wealthy middle class families. By day they would dump the kids with child care whilst they buggered off to the beach or go skiing and in the evening the parents would leave their young children in the rooms whilst they went to eat. Almost all parents who stayed at these resorts did this.

It would certainly appear that there are very sinister overtones on the subject of Madeline's disappearance and the events which took place after. I do recall when her disappearance was first reported and photos shown of her my reaction was that she didn't look a very happy child but almost had a guarded look on her face which made me feel a bit uneasy whenever any of these images of her were shown. I was also amazed at the publicity given to this case as there had been other cases of children disappearing abroad which had never received a fraction of the attention this case seemed to be stirring up. My initial feeling about her disappearance was disbelief that a highly qualified group of medical people would go out drinking and dining and leave their very young children unsupervised. I always felt had this been a group of working class people doing this they would have been torn apart by the British press and authorities for neglect of their children. Whereas in the Mcann case they were being lionised and shown all this sympathy ,funds set up for them etc ,it all just didn't seem quite right. My friend said that Madeleine may have died before the 03.05.07 as it would be difficult to clear a dead body on the day of the disappearance. Arguably, the parents are not acting as if she is alive, as they are using past tense when describing Maddie, and therefore, their statements indicate they were possibly aware of her death which explains their emotions. This case is therefore, a burden on the taxpayer and diverting attention from daily missing children in the UK!!

I am a fan of Richard D. Hall, but without Question Nick Van Der Leek's theories are also well researched and spot on. He also has a RUclips channel. His theory about Madeleine going onto the porch looking for her parents, and squeezing though a gap, then accidentally falling to the ground from an overhang, makes far better sense, than just a fall from the couch. And, would be far more likely to prove fatal. The late Mrs. Fenn, heard a child crying for more than an hour. The springer spaniels found blood and scent, on the ground outside, as well as by the couch. So, someone could have carried her to the couch.

This is not something I have ever heard of in the US (I know we have tons of our own issues here) I just can't imagine a friend taking turns bathing my child, let alone a male, men I know would never volunteer for this.(it may sound sexist, but it is fact) I wouldn't in a million years agree to this, neither would my ex husband. I don't know anyone that would be ok with this situation, unless it was a life or death situation. (We were in an accident, in the hospital, etc.)

What I don't get is the villification of single mums by 'tabloids' such as the Mail & the Sun, who allegedly left their children 'home alone' back in the 90's. But 2 Doctors leave their children home alone in their hotel room (when there was a creche service available) but this wasn't touched upon once by our good press. I always found that to be very odd indeed. Also, are you telling me that 2 Doctors from Mount Sorell couldn't afford to pay for creche facilities which were already on offer in the hotel room they were stopping in? What we need to know how much extra work he did as he was better payed, how many hours during this was she working? And last did they get any of the treatment for free?

Those resorts were not cheap. They were expensive because they had child care services plus full board. All people who stayed at these resorts are new money wealthy middle class families. By day they would dump the kids with child care whilst they buggered off to the beach or go skiing and in the evening the parents would leave their young children in the rooms whilst they went to eat. Almost all parents who stayed at these resorts did this.

À couple of friends of mine, friends of my partner were on a train from Italy into the south of France.. And there was an American couple sat near with a young daughter.. Who was fast asleep for many hours on the trip. They said to the Yanks that their daughter was well behaved.. I have basically watched/listened to this whole almost 3 hour video and most of it I’ve been sat with my mouth open because I’ve literally spent all these years with the exact same opinion/belief in that something happened in the apartment and it was covered up and a quick question but does anyone else recall an interview where Kate or Gerry say they gave the 3 children calpol to keep them asleep and not get up/wake up while they were out? I didn’t even go put in my yard to the garden while my children were napping , I used baby monitors in the house if I went to the basement to check laundry - doors always locked but they could burp, bring up milk and choke ANYTHING at all could happen. It would certainly appear that there are very sinister overtones on the subject of Madeline's disappearance and the events which took place after.
I do recall when her disappearance was first reported and photos shown of her my reaction was that she didn't look a very happy child but almost had a guarded look on her face which made me feel a bit uneasy whenever any of these images of her were shown.
I was also amazed at the publicity given to this case as there had been other cases of children disappearing abroad which had never received a fraction of the attention this case seemed to be stirring up.
My initial feeling about her disappearance was disbelief that a highly qualified group of medical people would go out drinking and dining and leave their very young children unsupervised.
I always felt had this been a group of working class people doing this they would have been torn apart by the British press and authorities for neglect of their children.
Whereas in the Mcann case they were being lionised and shown all this sympathy ,funds set up for them etc ,it all just didn't seem quite right.
Only the Mcanns know what happened to their daughter will the true story ever come out? who knows.

They urgently and quickly needed a place where they could be sure, that no one was looking or searching. Perhaps the priest was also initiated, but was bound to the seal of confession. Yes I believe it’s impossible for an infant of that age to make themselves up so accurately. Kids at that age are messy applying makeup, it’s all smudges and scribbles. Most of it ends up in their hair and clothes! An adult applied this.

My friend said that Madeleine may have died before the 03.05.07 as it would be difficult to clear a dead body on the day of the disappearance. Arguably, the parents are not acting as if she is alive, as they are using past tense when describing Maddie, and therefore, their statements indicate they were possibly aware of her death which explains their emotions. This case is therefore, a burden on the taxpayer and diverting attention from daily missing children in the UK!!
