- 今天是美食臺四周年了,朱厘米老師提前為大家帶來了傳統中式壽宴必備的壽桃包,這也是很經典的壹款中式面點。口感暄軟,奶香十足,這滿滿的中國味,也正是我們致力於傳播的中國飲食之美。
Today is 4th birthday of FoodVideo, and for this special occasion, Mr. Zhu made us some Longevity Peach, or shoutao, which is a must on traditional Chinese birthday parties, and also a classic Chinese pastry. This fluffy and milky Chinese bun is a form of the beauty of Chinese food that we’ve been spreading for all this time.

我一向看不起寿桃馒头,都是实心面疙瘩染的色素。朱师傅这个做的真好,不仅有豆沙馅,而且没有添加精致色素。用抹茶做的绿叶颜色和口味都很素雅。很考究
朱師父的壽桃是非常可爱的,也是非常的清楚的講课,上次是我没有看到你所教的材料份量,不过看到最後才发现原来材料份量是在最后的一刻才出現!朱師父的作品也是最棒的。
我在上海上过朱老师的课,因为是好几个老师教我上过朱老师的除了开酥的课很风趣,第一天上课的同学可以品尝老师的作品,另外老师比较严肃。朱老师包小笼包和包子绝了。特别是包子折子像梳子齿一样。
講解詳盡,朱師傅温文儒雅,談吐令人感到很舒服,真是讚讚讚👍👍👍,會試做賀朋友七十大壽。

He makes it look so easy. I tried it, and it took me almost half of day to make. Also, cake flour is so much harder to work with and getting the right dough consistency. The hardest part was rolling and wrapping. Notice those parts were edited from the video because it’s really hard. I’ll stick with buying these from the stores next time. At least I can say I tried it.
