Hi. I’m going off of Lexapro and having a hard time. I’m now taking 5 mg a day and then I’ll be on half that for 2 weeks. I’m dizzy and wobbly , having trouble concentrating. Do you have any suggestions for me through this time?

Any references please for how distractions affect negative and positive neuroplasticity? He was very vague on that as well as the definitions of what is negative and positive np. Thanks.

Specifically on the cortisol spiking bit - it's counterintuitive to me that it should reduce focus - it's a stress hormone, preparing your body for intense situations. So, can someone verify what he said via published data?

Perhaps calling Weimar for more direction on where exactly to locate more specific information, would be productive. But I'm sure most of these details are contained in his well-researched books. 📖📚💡📈
