Sir. Thanks for this useful video. I love ur content❣️🙏. I have one query, I have been suffering from high uric acid for the past 1-2 yrs. But I saw ur video to how to minimise, it really works as miracle - "ajwain with ginger drink". However my uric acid comes to normal range but there is always fatigue and soreness in my body , I have done full body checkup also .. everything Is good but don't know why this soreness is with me from 2-3 weeks..first i thought it was due to my gym workout but I am not going from 1-2 weeks ..still the fatigue and soreness is there in whole body and it is noticeable..what sud i do?pls do reply
It could be due to high uric acid. If you maintain your uric acid, the soreness will go eventually.
