you know what really helps my hair every wash day? putting a "pre-shampoo", its just putting conditioner or a hair mask on the bottom half of my hair 30 minutes before you wash it... it protects the ends of the hair from the shampoo. Its very common here in Brazil :) (you put it before the wash, so when your hair is dry)

Im super excited to try it! Yes i shampoo, mask, use a small amount of regular conditioner after washing out the mask, making sure not to add to my scalp and i use an ACV rinse every 2 weeks so my scalp gets a nice cleanse from all that conditioner and oils. My hair is finally nice again!

Here is a helpful tip don’t use a regular towel because it’s cause hair breakage and frizz use a microfiber towels instead it helps hair not get frizzy or breakage

Hey:) you need to use a conditioner and a mask. The mask helps the condition the inner parts of your hair and the conditioner the outer one. Pay attention on products with argan oil because it penetrates deeper in your hair because of its molecular size. Shampoo should have mild sulfates like coco- glycoside . Cytearyl alcohol is also good because it even has conditioning effects. :)
I use biotin 12,000mcg but it makes my skin quite bad, I get spots every now and then, but I get quite a few more when I used biotin! Definitely keep it in mind if you struggle with spot related issues!

Do a bit of research on a retinoid, tretinoin for your skin. Best skin care product! Wish i knew about it earlier.
