Couldn’t agree more which I’ve encouraged our patients to do the same and normalise the fact that not being ok is ok in itself as everyday isn’t going to be perfect but sometimes just talking about it or realising it in a healthy way is a step to making it feel better 🤍 I can soo see in your smile how happy you are with your persistence and Dr. K’s work! Hi Kate! Hearing you talk about mental health in the beginning in the video is so inspiring! I’m so glad you’re doing better! I look up to you so much, but you’re right, no ones life is perfect and sometimes we don’t get to see that through social media! Perhaps getting back into the new normality and everything opening up again can be a bit overwhelming and cause a lot anxiety or pressure to go out and live again! Maybe some people are good with a more structured, routine and introvert life and it will take a little bit more to adjust again!! Hope you get better everyday with therapy!! You deserve so much love and happines in the world ❤️

I know this video is 3 years old but I can't help commenting 🙈 your teeth look very pretty and it suits you very well. However, it's one of the things that my dentist told me when I got my veneers a few years prior, he said that in Europe, basically in any country they prefer their teeth to look white but 100% real, whereas in the UK, their beauty standards lean strongly towards the States, so they'll generally prefer having super white teeth. So whereas in continental Europe, even the whitest shade (the one I chose) will have a faded transition from root to tip, slightly transparent even depending on your natural teeth, whereas they simply didn't have a shade as white as this one. Like I said it looks great, absolutely, but isn't it amazing that even within the same continent and +/- cultural zone, there's already so much difference? I find it absolutely intriguing.... Thanks for all your videos and posts, I just love watching them, you're doing an amazing job 😍😍

Wow your teeth look incredible!! I never knew about bonding only supposed to be on for 4 years?! How come you had bonding in the first place? Was it to build up the teeth? I have bonding on my front tooth because I chipped it in a bike accident as a kid so it was to restore the normal shape. I’ve never had it changed though but it’s not discoloured.

It didnt widen it (ive always had a wide smile) but you are able to achieve it with Invisalign!
