Ingredients:
To Season and Steam Chicken
Chicken or Meat of your choice
Shallot - 1-2 depending on size
Onion - 1/2 of a Medium
1/2tsp - Aniseed
2 - Bay Leaves
1tbsp - Rosemary
2 - Garlic Cloves or to your taste
Ginger - About two thumb sizes
1 - Spice Blend Cubes
4tbsp - Tomato Paste
Chicken Seasoning - tt
Salt - tt

1 - Large Onion
