@@redelbluredelmai2750Robby Staebler is a wonder. I can instantly recognize that style of his because it’s like chaotic dancing and a ton of snare work. Both the drummer here and Staebler make it a work of art

All great genres, hell yeah. It's one of the reasons I love PJ Harvey, she blends some interesting genres to create something unique.

She sounds better live than in the studio.
Her voice is so replete with emotion. You can detect the desperation, the sorrow, the elation, everything, her voice is so potent. The band and music is so complimentary that the entire performance is pure synchronicity
It sounds like it's nice, but it's hard to tell-it's the lowest thing in the mix. I think the guy who mixed this is a drummer.

Me and my mother are super fans of Emma. Chelsea too. They are so good it's unreal.

Evan Patterson on guitar and Todd Cook on bass were in an awesome psych rock band in Louisville called Old Baby. They were awesome. Only a couple EPs though.
She's like PJ Harvey meets every good musician ever and made it her own sound..and the band is so fucking top notch. Perfect 10/10 . God that drummer is amazing ..the bass .the guitar everything it clicks so hard

I discovered ERR when a local music venue recommended her show, and I went "hey... I don't know that many people with my last name, let's look her up" and it I did-- and I went to the show and it was freaking awesome, and that's the story of one of the best musical discoveries of the 20-teens for me.

I saw her with Red Sparowes, as well. It was in London about 10 years ago and it happened to be her birthday. The band got us to sing Happy Birthday to her and she got very embarrassed. According to their Wikipedia page, they've come off hiatus and they were supposed to play Roadburn, this year, but it was obviously cancelled due to Covid. It also says that they're working on a new album.

What a cool place. At first i thought there was a late sunset but that was a ceiling reflection on the window 🤪. Great tracks, fantastic atmosphere and outstanding quality. Emma was looking so pretty with the hairstorm and sparkles around her eyes. All that - honey for a soul.

@@moondawg3693 her voice is among the instruments, rises when it needs to, then hides in the mix when the melodies come. The voice must not always be the leading instrument. I think this really captures the dynamic and the emotions better than brickwall the vocals and glue it to the speakers...
