    I made this. It was really yummy just be careful with vinegar and chilli sauce. I put chings chilli sauce which is a little sour and that with the vinegar made it a little sour (khatta). Otherwise the taste was really nice.

    I am cnfused between corn starch and corn flour
    rit nw m using corn flour 4 ur evry recipes

    The tips behind the rice is super....But the mixed taste of both ginger and garlic paste is a indian flavour..The fried rice is Chinese food...So only use garlic paste, which makes your food verry tasty than above given....And one more thing use celery that gives your rice exact resturent style fridrice

    If i want prepare vegetable pulao, how can i calculate the perfect water? Vegetables can be different, so how can i calculate the right water to have 1) vegetable perfectly cooked and 2) perfect rice?

    I want to make fried rice for my daughter's birthday party. Can i cook these one day in advance for the party and then refrigerate it and just reheat them in the microwave at the time of serving? Would they taste different next day or the same?

    Bharat can you please make amritsari kulcha at home? I have asked one really old dhaba owner in Amritsar for kulcha dough, he said layering butter in dough (like puff pastry) is key for flaky kulchas.. can you try to make it please?
