some of these kills are literally just thanks to the weapon's rng shots also you're only getting matched with people around your level, in this clip they don't try to scare you away from them they also have terrible aim, allowing you to walk freely in front of them until the shots align, you don't try to strafe nor go fast and for the most part your chargers shots are against stationary enemies/ enemies that walk straight into your shot (props to you for that carbon roller kill though) you genuinely do have a lot of good intuitions as seen in the clips you've shown, you knew when to back out, how to predict some of the enemies' movement etc., if you did use motion for a prolonged time (it took my friends at least a week to get used to them and they'd complain a lot lol) i'm sure you would be a far better player in any case, i hope i don't come off as rude and good luck in your future matches, octokid!
I like motion controls better, but if you prefer stick controls, that is perfectly okay! :] I just like motion better because using the sticks kinda feel choppy and uncomfortable for me.
Here's my hot take on motion vs stick control for the Splatoon series: Try both long enough to figure out which one is better for you, and use that. If someone else uses a different control than you, why do you care? It doesn't affect you. I know it's way too extreme to accept that others have different preferences nowadays, but come on, you can do it! You can be a decent human being!
Motion controls are proven to be better, but some people (like me) do prefer to use sticks, and there’s nothing wrong with that. I personally get motion sickness from motion controls, which is why I don’t use them. Motion controls just feel uncomfortable for me in general. Even without motion controls I still am able to play well and that’s all that matters.

If the Switch had something like the Wii U Gamepad, then maybe motion controls would be usable. I just can't bring myself to use gyro, the controllers are too uncomfortable. The Switch is the only console I can't use motion controls with
