The sternitters are one part of the full qunicy race so even though Yuha killed most of them he intends bringing the entire race there . The show doesnt really expands this but there basic quincy soilders like in episode 24 flashback and there are even quincy cooks lol sternitters are more or less the special forces of the group which is now only 6
Uryu hasn't used one tenth of his full power, while Renji had to use over 80%. No one seems to understand Uryu is easily top 5 of the most powerful characters in Bleach now. We haven't even seen his Schrift yet.

And defeating Ichigo, who stood by afk and pitied him, is more of a rat act than a victory. Ishida currently possesses about 5-10 percent of Ichigo's strength.
i don't think Renji could have teamed up here, with how they got seperated because of Lille Barros sniping and it probbaly made it pretty hard to get to Uryu because of it.
