Tony Hadley a soulful singer. His band also they are united and so sensitive to the direction of tone and melody..Every words, every lines always counts 😊
Now Steve and Gary can finally do the vocals at the beginning of the song again since their live performances they Always use the backup singers and I personally didn’t like it. Steve and Gary provide the better tone to the song
@@_thebusphotograher_cali I loved this performance because you right ou can really hear them and the music sounds amazing this was my 1 on 1 concert just wish I was there usually when you see them live on youtube the crowd n the noise kinda dims the performance a lil bit this was awesome
These bands from the 80's are true musicians, and still sound as good as they did back in the day. Brings back memories for me- growing up in the '80's.
on a trip with my girlfriend at the time this was playing while we watched her two young girls ice skating I knew then this was who I was going to spend my life with. we have been married 44 years this december and when ever I hear this song my memory goes right back there.
No. As a gen z with songs filled with autotune crap. No. Todays songs are thrash. So dont compare one direction. Im just a gen z with realistic view lol
same here I got so much contradiction listening to this and im glad my parents taught me to love msic for what it is no matter who singing it yet since I was a young black kid walking around with my walkman on singing this people I gre up with was like what is that instead of me getting man I'd say something you can't quite handle because your ears dont know good music then they saw sixteen candles n wanted to hear it then im like zzzzz lol
A fantastic song will always be a fantastic song, I was incredibly lucky to see them in the early 80's on tour. Once at the Scarborough futurist theatre and in Newcastle. When they settled their differences and toured again I was there to watch them at Manchester arena. Such an amazing band that produced iconic hit after hit after hit. Gary Kemps songwriting skills are totally incredible. Such a shame Tony left the band but at least we have superb memories like this video. Such magical music and music that will live on forever.
Wow. The bass player is STILL playing Wal Basses. He's been playing these basses since back in the day. Great-playing/sounding basses. And, they go for over 5 grand, too.
They dropped my favorite line--"Listening to Marvin all night log..."--but I understand they were under a time constraint. Still, I'm so happy they're back!
i cant get enough of this song i wish could've seen them back in the day s,still they are the same to me. they will be playing this song long after were gone.hope who ever listen to it enjoys it as much as we do.love this guys ,their songs and music keeps us young and dreaming of our past .

Man, his voice has not aged at all!! Amazing.
Tony is a boss! That voice hasn't changed at all. Still belting it out as if it were still '83.
To Cut a Long Story short, the hosts only know this one song. Oh well...Round and Round it goes.
this song is timeless when were all dead they will still be playing this song, and there is not many musicians who can say that.
Especially the dead ones.
