I would never guessed him seeing here. Dexter definitely stepped up his health game and looks healthiest ever. He looks happy, full of energy, enthusiastic and it’s such an inspiration. I gotta say I was afraid seeing him getting rounder like too much I thought but this, this is like he’s 40. Incredible. 👏
This explains why he is still killing it as a musician. I respect his opinion about not having a tattoo just for the sake of having one. Nowadays most people don’t think, just follow others until it becomes a “trend”. He defo looks younger than his age, and it’s nice that he keeps changing his activities in a way which respect his age, body and still find joy when doing it. Just respect🤘.

When you are a punk rocker, that's basically the 'cool kid' prototype dream. Now, we know that rock n' roll can lead to some really hard times and bad choices, so it is good to see Dexter in good health, but even cooler to see he seems like a nice guy after all he's been through.
Dexter is the absolute MAN! The Offspring have been on workout playlist since I was 14 and the opening bass line to "The Kids Aren't Alright" was the first thing I learned when I started playing the instrument. SO COOL to see him on here!

I was always a fan of Dexter, back in the early 90s when he took a leave from USC to spend more time on the Offspring, and I was going to school at Caltech up the road in Pasadena. Great songwriter, and very down-to-earth "rockstar". I appreciate this update about what he is up to at home, away from the band. Thanks to Derek and the MH producers.

He looks sooo much better these days! For a while there he was getting pretty... fluffy. And while I wish things had gone differently with Ron Welty & Greg Kriesel (I'm a sucker for bands that never endure line up changes) I also also understand that the Offspring is his baby.

try to run backwards occasionally as it gives your knees a break from the constant repetition of the same motion and beefs up the area around it in different ways so when then you run forward it feels better
Guess ill have to throw some Offspring in my workout routine and sticking with AIC,Helmet and Mettalica. Not even a metalhead. Just like what i listen to. But much respect for as young looking as he looks. Greatest musical influence was my father who just passed away and so i will always cherish good musicians and music. P.S. Fresh fruits and Veggies are a must.

A guy I used to work with was good friends with Dexter and said that Dexter really is as down to Earth and humble as he appears.
