- A little glimpse of Chinese city life in Xining, Qinghai province. It's only a third tier city in China, but still quite modern and many things happening all the time. And the out door gyms are everywhere! In this video I show some of the ones that were close to the apartment we lived in at the time.

A few years back, China 🇨🇳 started to modernised her at such an unprecedented pace and speed that no body can compete with her. Today she is the most modern place on earth. I have been to China few years back and my last trip was sometime in the middle of 2020.Everything changed so fast that I couldn't hardly imagine. I think very soon China will be the most beautiful place on earth. Its a country to watch and admire. I think Hongyong and Miriam will be very rich in the coming years. You have plenty of unseen opportunities and talent awaiting both of you. Both of you have NATURAL skills, beauty and talent. Both of you are very talented in everything. Keep it up. God bless you. Xining is one of my favorite cities
I think the outdoor gyms in China are wonderful. You get to enjoy the beauty of the outdoors. And exercise a little bit to keep your body flexible and linble.

This would be a great idea to implement in Canada; we have 'playgrounds' but they are built for children, more options for adults, why not?

When I heard you said Gym and I did not look at the the two words outdoors and I had this imagination that a big guys with Nordic trac and weight Lyft. But the outdoor gym is fantastic
I just saw your video and started liking it...Rural life is the best because I grew up in rural as my parents were farmers and we had a big farm for sunflowers, pine apple, orange, jack fruits etc and I still miss those days where me and my mum use to sell them at the market almost everyday...Besides, we had a big paddy field and also reared a large cattle which I used to look after whenevr I got time...We drank milk like water as we had many cattle that till this day I hate any milk as i'm allergic to it now...People from other villages would come to our house for milk, sunflowers, pine Apple and rice and since most of them were poor people, we'd always help them...My parents were known for the most generous people in the region...
But things changes since we move to the city and everything was a struggle we had faced many difficulties...Now I so missed my childhood rural life...I've always asked my parents to move back to our old village but since we already well settled in the city, it is not easy....
Now I'm planning of creating a semi-rural lifestyle in the outskirt of the city once I could buy a large chunk of land which is very greenery and it is filled with hills to create a big amusement park for everyone to enjoy...My plan is to buy it out within 2 years...
I'm sorry for not responding in time! But I live to hear the story from your childhood, it sounds idyllic, but I think as with many things we don't appreciate them until we don't have them anymore. I'm looking forward to hearing more about your plans for the big park!

This 3/4 tier city looks beautiful, very green and clean. Love it.
It's definitely nicer exercising outside! I tend to feel trapped when I'm exercising indoors, it just doesn't feel natural/ideal. The massage apparatus is quite strange, wonder how it feels! Thanks for the enjoyable video. (I also liked the camera angles.)

Great to see "smaller" (not well known) cities of China. They are so modern that I won't see much of grandparents' ancestral country, ie., during their time.

My mother used to exercise on that ground after dinner, but after she has a dog, walking the dog becomes her priority...haha, btw, now it’s time to eat 枸杞, a very special fruit during the summer in Qinghai and Gansu province, you can ask your husband about this, he must know this, the fresh one taste really nice and I never find the fresh one in Europe, must try it.
