While a lot of us fell in love with your voice, I've factually learned a lot of medical things from these and your other videos(even the ones that are clearly not any type of ASMR I always watch, love the A-Z vids). I think it's actually been quite useful for a lot of viewers to learn what their examiners could be looking for during various examinations, as well as potentially helping to communicate problems better with their doctors. Also, I hope the asmr crowd actually helped boost your videos to a wider med-student audience, because your bedside manner and respect for patients is impeccable.

I recently had a cardiologist appointment and the Dr dropped his head just like Dr Gill while checking my pulses and I almost burst out laughing. Managed to stifle a giggle. ❤️
I think what makes it so good is that they you both have such soft ASMR voices. Assuming she was a medical student when this was filmed. As much of your "patients" are in these videos. That means there are some lucky people out there getting some serious tingles being examed by her.

The problem is, I can see lots of little areas where my technique can be polished in this video. Little things, but for me it’s the difference between passable and excellent medicine
It’s important to be able to assess the thyroid before a blood test - the point is your history gives you 80% of the diagnosis - the examination a further 20% of the diagnosis And you CONFIRM with your investigations BUT the thyroid blood test is also included in my conditions - such as someone who is tired all the time

It’s not required, but it seems a churlish thing to omit, given it increases the accuracy of finding a fine tremor!
