@KADISON DECKER the big socket sets are so nice, that’s going to serve you well for years to come. I still use my first big socket set my parents bought me.

haha literally just finished my first session on minami. Ive only just had the setup finshed 4 days ago and I just nailed my first jump drift, at night no less! Love the channel man, helped me learn a lot in a short time
Man, I'm totally guilty of trying to flick over the crest 😅 Thanks for the rundown! Cool to see the full first person perspective in the edited content 🤙
Thanks! And yeah, I had the same problem when I gave it my first couple tries. Usually flick entries work better but when you go airborne right after the flick it sends to right at the wall and the car can’t power away from it until it lands, so it takes a lot less than usual😅
the tough part about that spot is knowing where to position yourself for the jump. Its very easy to either clip the inside or outside wall. There can also be a problem with the outside wall if you initiate too late
For sure, and during the IRL matsuri there is often a concrete barrier that keeps you from going as far to the right as I do which make it even more dangerous 😬
using your tips right now . i'm very far from your level but managing a full lap sideways now . feels awesome after the jump now . and i try to use as little handbrake as possible .
Holy Moly! You are a legend Ben. Apologies for neglecting you lately, I'm currently building a server rack just to get my printer outta my sim rig 😂 Stay sideways dude!
Hey man loving the content as someone who’s just discovered the joys of drifting both irl and in AC! Would you consider doing a review video of death wish garage’s Silvia S13? I don’t know whether if it’s good or not as I used it as my first car for drifting and learning in ac. Would be sick to hear your opinions on them overall and whether to avoid or keep running with them haha
I reviewed their KA 240SX and thought it was decent! The DWG cars don’t quite handle like I personally prefer but I’ve seen cars that handle like them so I’d say they’re fairly realistic ✅ ruclips.net/video/3H_h9zbS4lw/видео.html
i know this has got absolutely nothing to do with this video but is there a way to make the camera turn to face the direction your car is sliding like the way you move your head, cus i only have 1 monitor that i use for the game and i need the camera to move in first person, just a personal prefrence. Also love your vids only found your channel a week ago now!
Yes, if you have content manager installed it's called neckfx, it turns your camera when inside the cockpit view to the direction the steering is going. I have a little video about me comparing a t300 to a g27 wheel and in that video I'm using neckfx on triple screens but same applies to a single screen. This only applies to the cockpit view though not any other camera views 👍
Yeah, there is absolutely a couple ways to make the camera track the steering angle. Check out Content Manager + Custom Shaders Patch, then then on “Neck FX” or install the RealHeadMotion mod. I'm definitely guilty of flicking way too hard before the jump. You make some great points here. Happy Ney Year!
Happy new year to you, too! Getting airtime means you need a lot less flick than for a normal entry😅

klutch can do the brake job sometimes?
Not quite sure what you mean...you definitely have to clutch to use the handbrake, but that may not be what you were asking 😅
i always used to juke right then left, now ik just to juke left and to angle my car going downwards on the straight
what wheel is that? Fanatec clubsport?
