I have these pot lights installed all over my house by the previous owners (about 2-3 years ago). The warranty is 5 years but they are supposed to easily last 10-20 years of typical use. I’ve already had 3 die on me in less than a year. Not sure if it’s a faulty batch, or something else.
I'm a bit of a stick in the mud, i really don't think led's are up to the job, boiling semiconductors allways means death lol :-). When i used to repair c.b radios, the semiconductors under stress often popped there clogs. I noticed your radio repairs, pll chips are fun to play with, the pll data book was handy :-D.
The main takeaway I've had (not from this video but trying to fix these in general) is to just replace the entire light fixture and get yourself a proper light fixture with a good ole LED bulb. No reason a light going out should require hours to replace instead of simply swapping out light bulbs. Not to mention how much material is wasted when these things crap out after just a couple years.

My downlights are all fusing one after the other what can the cause be
I have these same type of lights in my bathroom (puck led looking light LOL) and they’re strobing when turning light on, how would I repair?
You will need to replace the LED board.
