    I love it Paul. Good engineering from trial and error.
    I was just planning such a system. My idea was to use only 1 tank and just pump water from that tank having it return to the same tank. I am curious why you went with the grant below for the pump. I might be missing the reason for it being separate.
    Also Filling float valves are pretty cheap and dependable so that you don't need to worry about the overflow issue. LOL

      Thank you! Well like you said trial and error, and this is what has worked. And been working so stuck with it. Good point on the float valve for sure!

    this water system interests me and a big thanks for sharing it. I am not sure it will work for me as winter gets -40 night lows for a month or 2 but does look like it is the best chance of success.
    i wonder if this water system can be circulated below the cages in summer as well to cool . is the rabbit barn insulated?
