The baby goats have gotten big. When you prepare for bad weather, my Dad called it "batten down the hatches." We live in a hurricane zone. 👍😗😤

We may get a tornado or two that get to close for comfort every few years but i definitely would not want to go thru a hurricane!

Hi, Cody. Thanks for the videos. I'm thinking of getting a breeding pair of rabbits later this year. Haven't researched breeds yet. Checking out different types of hutches. I live near Chillicothe, OH, so weather is pretty similar to yours. I doubt I'll go as big as your outfit, but might get a second doe later, if things go well.
Anyway, I enjoy and appreciate your channel. Thanks again.

Thanks Cash! I'm looking forward to spring so I can expand the rabbitry!

Cash, it's a good idea to have 2 does and breed them at the same time. Sometimes, especially with first time moms, they may not take care of their kits. Or, she may have too many kits to take care of. The second doe may be able to foster some or all of the kits, if she doesn't have too many herself. Please make sure you do lots and lots of research before getting your rabbits! And best of luck with your rabbitry!

@@MaryGatdula Thank you for good advice. I figured first thoughts should go to location. I've got that inside or out. Now I'm checking out housing. I want a large meat rabbit, and will check if different breeds handle weather extremes any differently. Lots of reading and planning to do. You have a great day!
