    Slow motion analysis shows that the wrist is stable at contact, despite what a French coach says. Your pronation occurs after contact. The ball was on the strings for 5 milliseconds, and is long gone. How does this increase spin?

    • @oneminutetennis
      @oneminutetennis  10 месяцев назад +2

      Very, very good and correct information.
      In fact the wrist is more stable at contact than at any other point of the upswing.
      This is because of the reflex of tightening the grip at impact.
      It is the same as a boxer. The fist and wrist lock at impact.
      But this is a reflex.
      So the more conscious it is, the worse it is.
      So consciously. Think about instability. And stability will occur.
      Remember this.
      The conscious mind can only think of one thing at a time.
      The subconscious mind can think of baby things at once.
      I hope this makes sense, because you make a very good observation.
