You can't use a diaspora account. You have to use a shillings account domiciled in Kenya.

Yes. But not based on the same currency. Should be in kenya Shillings and usd.. Think of this, can you open several savings accounts in same bank bearing the same details? No. Uness at different banks. Likewise, same with MMF.
