An honest to goodness deal will be great. I noticed there is no provision for hot water and possible to change the sink, doesn't fit to the style of the house, floating vessel would be nice with under cabinet for storage.
I wish that property is in Davao, so I could buy that. Davao properties are way too high. I don’t understand why. I am retiring now, and I am really looking for at least 3 bedroom house and a master’s bedroom is in the first floor. Grabe ka mahal sa Davao.
