Turkish lounge in Istanbul is absolutely top notch. I've been there 10+ times and slept/showered.

My wife and I flew the Turkish 787-9 dreamliner last month. It was a great experience just as you report. Very good food, comfortable bed (not the most comfortable J bed but still very solid imho) , and the business class lounge in Istanbul was great... the food at the lounge, wow.
Is the Istanbul business lounge open 24 hours?
Yes
The fact ya even going on vacation and spending time together is the most important and amazing thing
My daughter and I did Nairobi and safari plus a few days on the beach south of Mombasa with a stopover for 3 days in Istanbul on the return. You picked a fantastic honeymoon!

I am Turkish and this is not because I was born in turkey but Turkish Airlines is probably the best Europe airlines (fun fact: Turkish airlines is the 6th best airline in the world)

Very helpful review - one question I always ask when I hear a discussion of seat & foot well on BClass is this: how tall are you? [I have some perspective from your shots in the bathroom, but for better clarity, if you don't mind, I like to know specifics on your height to best understand your seat & foot well related comment. The worst airline in the world.
They sell business-class tickets and what do you get; more legroom
Nothing else. Rammed space of coughing people, no proper recline of the seat, no champagne welcome but lemonjuice.
And suprise; your continuing flight with the same company: da-daa! 5 hours late!
