    my siriusxm radio shut off yesterday. can not even turn if on. in my 13 yrs as siriusxm radio subscriber never had this happen to me.

    Did not solve my problem. Every other selection works except SAT, and I am subscribed. SOS failure the problem?

    I was missing channels since I activated my new/ used radio last week. Tried the refresh, and it actually worked! Can't believe it but it's true.

    Didn't work for me.
    Updated pkg and hasn't worked since. Get sporadic sound but then no signal. Representatives said I wasn't getting a satellite signal now and needed to take to dealership. Crazy that since pkg update, no signal and then it will go in and out very briefly.

    Lost all my channels. I can get to some of them above channel 10. I don't use twitter so how do I reset my radio or do I simply cancel my subscription?

    My sirius xm decided to remove channel 100 Howard Stern and I don't know why. I sat outside for 20 minutes waiting for a code that never came. What can you do at your end to help me get my channels back?

    I enjoy siriusxm very much but I'm not getting the channels I have been enjoying. I was told that I would not be paying any more money till September, now here I am trying too get! My signal refreshed for about 3ta 4 hours now . Disappointed that is for sure.

    2016 Subaru legacy hasn’t shown a list of channels for years. Just finger pointing between Subaru and Sirius.

    The issue I have is that Sirius XM literally bounces from channel to channel on its own so much so that it's unlistenable.

    I can't switch to channel XM2. The only channels I can switch to is 0, 1, and 160 -> 179

    Couldn't get to channel 0. found no problems with the diagnositcs by resetting radio to factory settings. Nothing helped.

    Two of three videos posted do not allow comments. Let that be a red flag to those of you who are new to Sirius. Beware the auto-renewal. It's almost impossible to find out in advance how much they're going to charge you, what plan they'll charge you for, or how long the term is. Mine shows $21.84 due in Jan 2022, which is suspiciously lower than the $71 I paid last year. I suspect they're trying to switch me to an automatic $21 per month, but cannot find any other info on the $21 renewal. Is it the same plan I have now? Is it $21 for one month, one quarter, one year? Each year you'll have to fight your way through this subscription renewal bullshit.

      Can't you just call and ask them? I haven't had that problem yet, but I have another issue and figure if a refresh doesn't work, then I'll call.

      @@DarqJestor No, I haven't had to call them. So far, my service has been impeccable but for the last week approximately, my service continues to fall. I get in my vehicle and take off and it's nothing but the ad for how to take out the service....I've been a subscriber since 2016. I am going to refresh and hope that resolves it. I'll be really p o'd if I go through that, then can't get a resolution by calling them---especially for the $$$ I pay for it.

      @@BrandyBurke I've had no problems with the equipment or the service except for the renewal process. I only get the most basic plan because that's all I usually need. But the auto-renewal process always changes me from an annual plan ($71/yr) to a monthly plan ($21/mon or $252/yr). Another red flag with this company is that you cannot cancel service without first speaking with an agent, which is at least 10 min on hold and a 15-30 min sales pitch.
