Living in a small apartment with only 2 sets of weights (exactly 5 & 10lbs) these kind of workouts r js perfect as they don’t require a lot of space. Love it❣️
I followed Heather's 12 week program 3 times during covid when everyone was working from home. since then i went back to the office and it's almost impossible to fit 40+ minute workouts in my day. but 30 minute workout is a perfect morning routine. thank you so much Heather ❤
Hi Heather, I do a ton of your workouts over the past 3 almost 4 years, I tried this 1 yesterday and those pull over crunches got my abs sore! Love compound moves, they are my absolute favorite! Thank you for all you do, you give me direction in the gym when I’m in there a Lone Ranger lol, I sometimes see other ladies kinda lost and I want to tell them to check you out because I have purpose in the gym as opposed to walking around aimlessly, your awesome keep doing what you’re doing! ❤❤❤

Loving these shorter 30 minute workouts! 26 weeks pregnant right now so I made a few modifications (lots of bird dogs instead of crunches haha) but still felt the burn, especially with those curtsy lunges! Thank you Heather!

I love metcon workouts! This one was more strength focused with less cardio (and more abs). I used between 10-20lbs, which I think is around what Heather was using too (higher for leg focused, lower for shoulder, etc). Like others have said, I would like to see longer and also more cardio, please. :) Thanks so much, Heather!!!
Yes. It says she used 5 and 10. But those look like at least 10 and 15... I’d like to know so we can push it! And do what she is. But I guess it’s so we can use why works for us! Love Heather and her workouts!!

Great, fast, effective 30 minutes…I use to do the 50 minutes workouts but as I get older I’m finding 30 minutes is best for my body at this stage of life…thank you Heather…been a long time follower and love your style 🙏🏻💕😊

I tell everyone about them! I have a small condo so not a lot of room for weights, so I would love to see some strength workouts that can somehow be made more difficult with lighter (10lb) weights. I really enjoyed the met con format - I would LOVE to see some wrist friendly workouts, something that packs the same punch as mountain climbers, burpees etc., but doesn't put pressure on the wrists - Thanks Heather for all that you do!
